Excellent for Team Collaboration and Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is excellent for internal collaboration. It makes working together within the team much easier and more efficient. Everyone knows Zoom and has a comfort level with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is not my preferred choice for external-facing events or customer interactions, as I believe there are other platforms that offer a better experience for customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-functional brainstorming sessions are a key part of our process. We also hold educational sessions that often require breakout groups, and we make sure to capture notes throughout these activities.

What do you like best about the product?
What we like about the Zoom app is its ease of use and simple user interface that allows for quick and effective communication, whether through video or audio meetings. It also allows screen sharing and meeting recording, which helps in documentation and review. Additionally, the app supports a large number of participants and works smoothly even with moderate internet connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
High data consumption, especially in long meetings or with high video quality. Despite improvements, some users are still concerned about security. It requires frequent logins sometimes, which causes inconvenience for some. Some features are weak in the free version, such as the limited meeting time (40 minutes). It may experience slow or interrupted connections if the network is weak.

Earlier, connecting with friends, family, and colleagues required meticulous planning and often travel, but now, with the quick video meeting feature, everything is just a click away. It has significantly improved my work efficiency through the seamless screen sharing and recording capabilities, enabling stress-free remote collaboration. I love that it combines video meetings, chat, screen sharing, and whiteboards all in one platform, which is incredibly beneficial for teamwork, making it fast and well-organized. The simple interface plays a big role in ensuring meetings run smoothly without any confusion. These features make Zoom Workplace incredibly valuable as they enhance communication, simplify teamwork, and enable effective collaboration from any location. The product offers better collaboration tools like breakout rooms and whiteboards, alongside a more stable video quality for larger meetings. All this contributes to making team communication more organized and efficient. What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it incredibly easy to access my meetings — just one click and I’m instantly connected. The platform also provides secure and well-organized meeting storage, which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The invitation format is too long and can be confusing for those who aren’t familiar with it. There’s too much text; it would be better if the invite format were simplified and made more visually clean, especially when sharing the meeting link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven’t experienced any issues so far. Zoom Workplace has worked smoothly for all my needs without any problems.

Easy to access, very user friendly. Very quick connectivity.

nothing to dislike as of now. However if in future anything is there will inform surely.
