The Simple Online Meetings Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I call this platform 'simple' because it's is very simple to use. It has a very good user friendly interface. Zoom has high quality videos and clear audio that gives us a good meeting experience.
We use Zoom once a week. The customer support is a reliable team, I appreciate it.

All we needed for connectivity was Zoom. I haven't seen any dislike to give.

Their is increase workflow due to the elevated collaboration in our organization.

To connect with people virtually, working in an organisation where we have people working all around the world it's very beneficial to connect with them with such an ease.

The virtual meets make more beneficial and scheduled meetings make more helpful for meetings.The application features are too good to use.

There are some network issues and connectivity issues.

The meetings with more enhanced version of features like screen recording,live messages, emojis for reactions,etc

What do you like best about the product?
The AI agent is useful although I don't always have it active, We had a situation where we we spoke on a the zoom before the call and then a transcript/summary was sent to all attendees and they received it as well since then the default is to have it in active so we don't accidently do that again

I do not think I have too much to add. I dont often use transcribing so I dont know how it works now. I guess I get signed out less than previously.

Zoom solved the need for F2F meetings.

Through Zoom, I am able to catch up with customers via video calls looking for reservations and bookings.

Limit video calls to 40 minutes on the freemium version is the only flaw.

Zoom has the best video and audio quality. It is very user-friendly.

Takes up quite a bit of bandwidth with screen share

Co-working with my business partner so we do not have to travel but can collaborate easily

In today's work environment, you need to communicate in a digital setting. Zoom makes it enjoyable to do so.

It always wants to update just when a meeting is about to start!

We work remotely, so we use Zoom to meet, collaborate and feel connected. We would not be able to do our jobs in a remote environment without a product like Zoom.
