The screen sharing options are quite deficient considering that one shares quality videos and images that have a time lapse delay. Therefore, it is somewhat limited considering the forms of interaction. The camera configuration image is a bit complicated considering

One of the common errors occurs when one shares the screen; at a certain moment, the screen freezes and stops sharing. Also, sending to breakout rooms is complicated as it is difficult to operate the zoom options; it's as if it doesn't process or processes slowly.

We needed help from customer support only during implantation. We haven't faced any trouble.

I wish there was a way to message privately more than one person at a time. Some of the teams features would be great to have on zoom. It is also hard to do some of the settings -- they are not intuitive

Zoom is still the number one solution for video conferencing, even though Teams and Google Meet are in use as well. It is the combination of unlimited options and ease of use, the user exprience and support on all platforms, and so many more featues.

I would love to also see a basic web-based version.

I like the group meeting experience and on a meeting it is possible to switch windows which is great because call does not disconnect while doing so.
