Good usability but high price
What do you like best about the product?
Since the pandemic, most people are comfortable using Zoom so it's a useful tool for hosting online classes and meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
They've raised their prices substantially over the years, and we don't use enough of their features to justify the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of our students don't live in the area, so we can host online classes. It's also helpful for team meetings when not everyone can be in the workshop.

Zoom - A meeting platform and much more
What do you like best about the product?
It can hold many persons unlike google meet which has a limit of around 100 persons. This is the first thing i like personally about zoom. We can make admins and access is easy. It has google calender in it. I frequently use it. Customer support is best in zoom. Ease of implementation and integration is also the best part about zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the subscription model is the thing i personally dislike about zoom. Many common features must be given to user in free mode. The ease of implementation is not there unlike google meet is easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to covid, many organizations have shifted to online mode. Also work from home facility is there. So the things like virtual classroom, collaborative whiteboard and screen sharing are awesome features.

We joined Zoom during COVID-19 and from that day we started working remotely. Our new office became Zoom. It has smooth Connectivity with good quality videos. I like how we can record meetings and share screen.

Zoom just needs a strong network to connect smoothly. Otherwise it will have issues if the network is weak.

I like its user-friendly interface, making it easy for both hosts and participants to join and navigate meetings without extensive training and also it has the best security features and improvements

It is heavily reliant on stable internet connectivity, and disruptions or poor network conditions can lead to interruptions in meetings or degraded audio and video quality.

Having virtual backgrounds. Adding emojis that show up on your picture. Allowing raising of the hand. Blurring background. And of course amazing video and audio quality.

Meetings end in 40 mins for standard users. Not able to see who has joined a meeting without joining.

Zoom helps us conduct our team meetings and conferences with customers. Also with our peers since we work from home allowing brainstorming on solving an issue.

Zoom is a terrific tool overall, but in larger meetings it might be a little difficult to keep everyone interested. It could feel busy on the interface, and it might be difficult to facilitate conversations easily. Furthermore, sporadic network problems could cause minor disruptions to the meeting's flow.
I dislike the application, and one of the biggest issues I've faced is that sometimes, as I'm walking into a meeting, Zoom starts updating by itself. Additionally, group meetings in the free version have time constraints.
