Effective Client Communication, Needs Better Connectivity
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Zoom Workplace offers ease of usage and is very effective for my job profile. It lets me connect to my clientele from anywhere at any time, which is great for supporting them in any way that's helpful. The connectivity helps in better resolution of errors and bugs faced by my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection is lagging, and it should be better on low data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for connecting with clients daily, providing better connectivity and error resolution. It's easy to use, effective for my job, and lets me support clients anywhere, anytime.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best and leading meeting platform allowing the users to collaborate, connect and meet with remote team and clientele.
It's a unified platform allowing the users to communicate via video, chat, conduct meetings, collaboration tools like doc sharing and whiteboard features etc.
The paid plan comes with fantasying AI features that can auto summarize and write meeting minutes that can be really beneficial for business meetings.
It's quite user friendly and easy to initiate. Setting up your account literally may not require any technical knowledge if you an email address. There is now limitation on the per day usage. In case of free user subscription your call limited to 40 mins but you can reinitiate the call.

Requires good internet bandwidth which can be little challenging if you are belong to those areas with poor network connectivity.

It solve biggest challenge of collaboration with remote teams or meeting clients. It becomes a synonym of virtual meetings in a business world as it allows everyone to connect remotely avoiding travel time or geographical differences.

Certain settings are hidden within menus, which makes it challenging to change preferences quickly. Additionally, occasional glitches during screen sharing or when moving between breakout rooms can interrupt the workflow.

its good easy to use encrypted like the ui design , good for quick chat over vc file sharing channel and all overall good experience

UI is bit slow and not that smooth compared to other like slack and team,

most the meeting are hosted on zooms only UI is good friendly and easy to use, better than teams instant messaging feature is what we like the most

It has high quality video and audio, and also very easy to use and it is easy to installation any time, and allows easy connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think nothing too much but it has to update time to time, and AI interface required more.

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the best virtual meeting and collaboration solution. I like clear audio and video quality which zoom meetings absolutely offers. The interface is simple and user friendly. I love the screen sharing, breakout rooms and recording feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback is sometimes there is connectivity issue. Free version has limited features of course

Remote communication was real problem after covid. At that time we had to stay at home and work. Zoom offered the perfect solution while solving all our problems.

It helps me communicate clearly through video calls, share my screen to explain work faster, use chat for quick updates, and collaborate on the whiteboard without needing to meet in person. It saves time, reduces travel, and makes teamwork smooth even when everyone is working remotely. We switched from Google Meet to Zoom because it offers better collaboration and stability.

I think Zoom Workplace could improve its performance on weak internet and reduce the 40-minute limit on free meetings.

ZOOM is very easy to use and it has a very simple interface since i use frequently this.It can be used on every devices like mobile,laptop,tablet at anytime anywhere.It is very helpful in presenting screen while teaching .Real time interaction is also possible.Customer support is also quick and responible.

One drawback about zoom is the lmited free plan and need for strong internet.It uses a lot of mobile data and battery.
