What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is quite easy to use, and the software has a tonne of useful features, like screen sharing, additional camera sharing, virtual backdrops, audio sharing, and more. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. I had no trouble integrating it with other apps and platforms. The same is fairly simple to accomplish. I use it a lot, especially when I require high-quality cloud recording. The customer service is efficient and consistently provides timely assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Periodic problems with connectivity have proven annoying. Sometimes the audio becomes erratic or the video quality decreases, which makes meetings less efficient. Zoom Boomers' security breaches are another significant problem I've encountered; otherwise, Zoom remains my preferred option.
