The best features Zoom Workplace Business offers are screen share and recording capabilities. I find it nice that it is integrated with Outlook and the other features of Zoom Workplace Business are particularly valuable and useful for my work.
Zoom Workplace Business positively impacts my organization by making meetings really smooth, quick, and easy. It just works. Meetings become smoother and quicker because all of the benefits that I get from meeting with my colleagues in a seamless way apply here. This has definitely increased collaboration and increased the cadence of touch points with various people.
I would continue with my review, as I find value in the platform.
What needs improvement?
The quality of transcription in Zoom Workplace Business could improve. I wish the quality of the transcription was better.
I would describe the user interface and overall user experience with Zoom Workplace Business as quite good, though sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to find certain settings and features in the share sound area. Otherwise, it is quite intuitive.

I enjoy the integration with my Gmail account, which directly links my Gmail calendar with my schedule on Zoom, organizing my meetings according to my calendar. This feature helps streamline my work timetable as I don't have to move from one platform to another to set reminders, and they synchronize. The initial setup was pretty straightforward.

When sharing a screen and talking over the screen to an online audience, it is difficult to see the audience while doing so. If the microphone can automatically turn off after 60 seconds of no speaking, because some speakers forget to turn off their microphone, and background noises interfere when others are speaking.

You just download the app, register yourself and your team, and you're good to go. It's a very good platform. Plus, I appreciate that it provides free virtual meetings for forty to forty-five minutes with up to 100 participants.

The best thing that it is best if you increase the Zoom call time. Means, basically, I think it is around fifty minute or sixty minute for free. But if you increase it to around two hours, then it is a best platform that is available in the market.
