Effortless Collaboration and Outstanding Video Quality
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how it combines various work tools in a way that doesn’t feel overwhelming. I especially value the reliable video meetings—Zoom’s call quality and stability remain excellent, even with larger groups or less stable internet connections. It’s also very user-friendly; new users typically require little to no training, and joining a meeting or sharing a screen is simple and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few aspects of Zoom Workplace that I find frustrating. First, the increasing number of features—such as docs, whiteboard, tasks, and AI tools—makes the interface feel cluttered and more difficult to navigate compared to the classic version of Zoom. Additionally, the chat experience is inconsistent; Zoom Chat lacks the polish and intuitive design of dedicated messaging platforms like Slack or Teams, particularly when it comes to managing ongoing conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace primarily addresses the issue of fragmented communication and collaboration, which leads to several notable benefits. One major problem it tackles is the use of too many disconnected tools, as meetings, chats, calls, and collaborative work are often spread across different applications. It also helps overcome the challenges of remote and hybrid work by providing teams with dependable ways to meet, share context, and collaborate regardless of their location. Additionally, it improves the efficiency of meetings, which can otherwise be difficult to follow, poorly documented, or hard to act upon.
For me, this means I can transition smoothly from chat to meeting to screen sharing without needing to switch between platforms. Meetings have become more productive due to features such as screen sharing, breakout rooms, live captions, and meeting summaries. Collaboration also feels more inclusive, as people can join from virtually anywhere, on almost any device, with very little setup required.

It made online meetings outside the organisation more secured.

Little more difficult to set up than Google meet

It solved the issue of security while we set up online meetings with clinets.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy for both users. Many times clients will have some trouble, but with zoom workplace that's never an issue.

How I use zoom workplace is fine for me. There currently are no downsides using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many of our clients that do not need to come into the office, and zoom workplace allows them to connect with us without leaving where they are. Also, when talking to someone not in the office and needing them to see my screen- it's so easy using zoom workplace.

I’d like the tools they have for each meeting. It helps me to annotate Better What I have to do.

In my opinion, the monthly fees are just too high for my budget.

So workspace allows me to have all the tools in one place where I can annotate my future meetings, have read notes of my meetings and schedule new meetings

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom Workplace is a platform that everybody seems to have, making it easier for people to connect without needing to download new software. It's a comfortable platform for all my connections. I find it very valuable that everyone has the same platform, so we're always on time and making the most out of our meetings. We get consistent, streamlined connectivity in the workplace app, which just makes everything move smoother. The initial setup was completely flawless and user-friendly, allowing us to start scheduling and hosting calls right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some companies that host on Zoom Workplace don't have the plan to go more than forty-five minutes, which is a little frustrating, but we upgraded ours to accommodate that.

Zoom Workplace offers a consistent platform for regular calls, making connections easier without new software downloads. It ensures everyone is on time, optimizing meeting productivity with streamlined connectivity.

I love being able to meet with team members from all around the world

The most annoying thing is poor connection, feedback and delay in spech

It helps me personally address my coworkers with a special kind of confidence that I don't have outside of my own home.
Crystal-Clear Meetings and Seamless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is our go to meeting place you can interact with colleagues with a very clear connection. I love that you can turn your video camera on or off and it has a lot of great features to chat on the side to ask questions while the meeting is going without interrupting.

I don’t think there is anything I just like about you. It provides a service that gets the job done

Zoom is great for when we are having a team meeting and we need to discuss ongoing issues to get everybody’s feedback. It’s great when we can get everybody together at one time to talk about it.
