Zoom is very user friendly. This is what we are using at work and even in school

Not the ideal alternative for your virtual meetings. While Zoom Meeting offers numerous advantages, it’s important to consider the drawbacks. Stable bandwidth is crucial for effective platform usage, posing challenges for us users with slow connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is able to communicate on a timely manner. Though we are globally situated and maybe can't practice Osmosis communication, we are still able to gather the team and meet virtually, see how everyone is doing, their reaction because of the video conference feature.

I enjoy the modern interface. I never have a firwall issues.

I wish they had more intergations with other apps.

I used Zoom for many purposes: personal meetings with friends and business meetings with clients.
1. The thing I like the most is the lobby and personal room. To make people wait and a personal room to do another meeting in a meeting. Amazing.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I didn't like is sometimes some anonymous people join the meeting to disturb it. If they have a password they will continue joining by different link.
The password can be changeable by the host in the meeting so no disturbing elements can join the meeting.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I need to present my ideas or presentations to clients who are in different countries, Zoom helps me to communicate in a very easy and cheap medium. It saves my time, my efforts and my travelling costs which can be very expensive.

using Zoom for the last 3 years and can say it is very simple to use. can run on slow-speed internet. Zoom can be used for casual video calls to big office meetings that run for a long time.

A few things that we can consider:-
1- After sharing the screen video quality can be increased

3-some tine crashed without any reason
4- The paid version is a bit expensive

I am working remotely and it is helping me to continue that because I can be in meetings and share my screen anywhere any time without any delay.

It takes less effort to operate, mamages to work smoothly in low internet speed.

It has few incidents where audio was effected and video was not working parallel manner it should be.

Zoom is a widely used video conferencing platform.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about zoom is its very easy to use and I attend my Data Science classes on zoom and the QnA feature allows us to type our queries parallely during the live classes. Zoom mobile app is also top notch.

sometimes during an open meeting few unwanted guest entered our zoom call which was a security issue.

Zoom is solving the problem of working very easily from home because we can connect with our teams and collegues anytime and we can share our screen to check the progress.
