I like how i can easily set appointments and exchange information through zoom seamless video sessions.
Has also made it easier to meet with large group of people during meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
If you are looking fro high quality video and audio when talking to clients, this is the best tool available in the market. Specially when it comes to remote work, Zoom facilitates online collaboration. Interface is user-friendly even for a lay-man. The cusotmization and integration is top-notch. The compatability is great and so is the pricing.

Overall, Zoom is a versatile platform but I think internet connectivity becomes an issue sometimes. It can impact audio and video qaulity sometimes.

I think Zoom as a platform has catered multiple challenges for the IT sector. Zoom has made collaboration pretty easy. You can collaborate with different teams and clients. In order to enable remote work, Zoom was essential in making sure staff members could efficiently communicate from their separate locations. Because of the platform's capacity to adjust to various time zones, organizing and running meetings has become easier, allowing for real-time conversations regardless of where participants are located. What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom on personal and professional level. The whiteboard feature is the best where you can easily pen out your thoughts and explain quite easily to the attendees of the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version of Zoom allows the meeting to be limited to 40 minutes after which we need to create a new meeting for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to connect with everyone miles apart so we do not need to be in the same room. All we need is a stable internet connection and we are good to start a meeting instantly.

Very intutive interface, ability to stack user videos and different views

Time limit on the free version and sometimes there is a lag on screenshare

Probably the best video conferencing tool with integrations with a large number of platforms. I was able to easily integrate a zoom conference link on my company's website
