Excellent Video call application
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom video conference gives us good quality sound and provides us with one solution that helps us to make a good presentation in front of audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Video quality goes down, so you need to add a light source to lighten your face at night time.

I like the aspect of video conferencing and onscreen messaging.

The downside of zoom is the 1 hour limit of video calls for the free version.

Zoom solves the stress of arranging for a meeting an having to meet up with my coleagues physically. It really saves cost.
Best app for virtual meeting and seminar.
What do you like best about the product?
I like zoom because I use it for virtual meeting and seminars. This platform is very easy to use because to join any meeting which is organised at this platform required meeting I'd and password to join. Anybody can schedule the meeting here without any prior training. So I like it most.

Since it has time limit of 40 minutes, so I dislike zoom, but except this I love using this product.

With the help of zoom, I'm able to organise multiple meetings without any difficulty, because it is very easy to use it. I also use it to give interviews. So this product is very useful for me.

Sometimes has problems in ubuntu, limitation on free plan

It has very good access to all meetings we can have planned meeting link and can join with link as well asapp so helps to have meeting in organisations and in personal life as well.

Just if I join bit late host may be busy in screen sharing and can forgot to admit few participants

I like how easy it is to set up new video appointments, as well as scheduling new ones.
It is very easy to use and explain and I have found a decent connection for calls on my phone.
It is easy to download on your phone or computer.
I can use this regularly for short meetings and find it very handy.

I find that sometimes the video lags due to my computer storage being a little bit low, which is a little annoying, however it runs absolutely fine on my phone so far.
It is also annoying that you are limited to 40 minutes calls unless you use the paid package.

It allows me to have conversations with new and prospective clients without having to leave my home office.
This allows me to not lose any time with travel should my meeting suddenly cancel or not show up.

Security of the application is more thing of concern. They must look after this issue.

What I like the best about zoom is that as a student it is very useful in our online classes

The only thing I dislike about zoom is the User interface and I think It needs more improvement in terms of it's features
