What do you like best about the product?
I find that Zoom Workplace simplifies my work and makes it easier, which is quite important for me. It definitely saves my time, and I'm quite happy with how it stands for me. I appreciate how it helps me prepare what I have to say in meetings and what I have to present. The feature I like most is the recording part, which gives ample time and ensures the presentations come out well, making the whole process perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you need high-quality internet for Zoom Workplace to work. For people working remotely, it can be challenging if they don't have access to good internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to make data reporting easier, saving time and ensuring smooth presentations. It offers a perfect experience for writing and verbal tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Ability to work remotely with a team. Easy to sign up and start implementing solo or with a team. I use it almost every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free plan limitations often means calls end and have to be restarted unless you have the subscription plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote teams with varying time zones can work together seamlessly. It allows me to work from home.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that this can be sent out on the calendar invite and that you can use it for breakout rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think other online conferencing apps offer more options and backgrounds. Zoom is a little behind on that aspect but still works!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows us to be able to do business meetings when everyone is not in the same location. I also use this as a test administration platform for online testing where the test taker has to be monitored remotely.
Outstanding Quality and Effortless Team Connections
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of connecting. The sound and picture quality is outstanding. It's easy to connect to all team members with a quick link. We use Zoom Workplace every month for our All Hands meetings and we can have over 150 people join with ease. Staff can use the chat feature and sent motions for clapping and thumbs up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can say for disliking this software. I love it.

We currently are not experiencing any problems with Zoom Workplace. We are very happy with the software.
Unmatched Network Flexibility for Seamless Meetings

The network flexibility. I’ve never faced breakdown even during poor internet connection. It reduces the resolution and still provides a seamless meeting experience

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is very easy to use and reliable for daily meetings. Joining meetings is fast, audio and video quality are usually stable, and screen sharing works smoothly. I like having chat, calendar, and meetings in one place, which helps keep work organized. It doesn’t require much setup and has worked well for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features feel overwhelming or unnecessary for simple users, and the interface can feel crowded at times. Performance can slow down on older devices, especially during long meetings. Also, some useful features are locked behind paid plans, which can be limiting for small teams or individuals.

Zoom Workplace helps solve communication and collaboration issues by bringing meetings, chat, and scheduling into one platform. It makes remote/hybrid work easier by allowing quick meetings, easy screen sharing, and clear communication with colleagues. This saves time, and improves overall productivity.

Customer service was great at start but now when we have an issue it is a lot harder to get any assistance or answers right away.
