Great for tasks, needs improvement for projects and programs

The step-wise workflow visibility and accountability makes the next action clear to all involved.

Kludgy interface / process for cross-functional projects deployed across a large enterprise organization with multiple dependencies

The great feature of follow up with projects and tasks through every stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
No great outcomes for small projects and it was quite difficult for everyone to adapt to it, it was a long learning process .

It helps me to get involved more with my co workers facilitates group work.

Asana is a very powerful and intuitive project management and group communication and group task list an assignment solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be complicated for newcomers to an established system and workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana made it possible to track multiple projects in detail, with a large group of people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Like the other software options in this space, there are many similarities, but still many differences. It requires time and due diligence to work at applying the software to your situation and see if it's a good fit.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is useful because it allows members of various sized teams to set and keep track of business projects and deliverables. I update my goals on a weekly basis and it helps me keep track of my progress throughout the month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Manually updates can make the software somewhat tedious. It also will only allow the creator of a group/project to delete certain things - this can cause projects to get piled up with unnecessary/outdated information quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to track my progress on monthly deliverables.

How quickly it becomes a notification nightmare.

Practical tool that helps in visualizing tasks to deliver and avoiding the accumulation of new activities without completing the old ones.

There is a lack of more intuitive resources in handling the tool and creating tasks; a cleaner visual would be ideal for using the tool.

There should be more features without having to upgrade. Would like the ability to add a "star" to tasks without having to upgrade and add a "milestone"

Daily and weekly project management are helped with Asana, and being able to have multiple logins for everyone on the team

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great for tracking multiple people's projects. As a manager, I can see where my team has progressed as well as what projects are still in the works. It gives a great wholesome view of where we are as a group but also individually. I like how you are able to sort and organize the tasks and add due dates as well as times. You can also create tasks and subtasks and assign them to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Asana that I have found thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team goals are streamlined through Asana which I love. I no longer have to ask each person the status of their projects, I can simply check their tasks myself.
