Good product for Multi-task management
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful: multi-project management, multi-task managment, hyerarchical task management, portfolio management

no risk management module, no advanced project mgmt tools&techniques (CPM, CCM, EVM, workload leveling, ...)

Use it if you have a low budget and no high demands
It works really nice for the organisation of your business.
What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to use and you can try it for free, so if it does not work for your company it will not be a problem. It works on many devices, IOS, Android and PC, so your colleagues can use it at home and at office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not noticed any big problem. It is not just the case that so many people use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing has become a lot easier and we are now a lot more on schedule. We can really work well as a team with it.

Don't hesitate, just try it, it's free to try.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast lightweight task tracker with very handy alerts and lighting searching through everything.
Project are easy to track through, couple clicks to distrubute all task and separate them with colored labels.

It's not related to the features, but I wasn't able to use app on my phone - it requires 11 iOS minimum.
Also pricing is a bit high comparing to other competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana lets team be more productive and easily organise their work. With the help of tasks, all your assignments are clear and easy to find, which increases team productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to find already completed tasks and it gets overwhelming with all its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to manage our projects with email, skype, excel, etc, but after a friend of mine recommended asana, our workflow is much smoother and the results are better.
Pretty and organised software
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very organised way to divide tasks between projects and colleagues and also see their progress along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The client friendly interface gets into its own way sometimes and loses the overview.

Asana helps me keep an overview of my tasks and projects and prevents me from feeling overwhelmed.

This is a good tool to help keep you on track! Especially when you have a lot of deadlines and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
You get too many notifications... when you receive 100’s of emails a day it’s easy to get over loaded

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the calendar to have an overview about all our recent and upcoming projects (within our team and crossover the company)
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have many projects it's not that easy to find the right one you need. The color of the project helps a bit but for me it's quiet confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task overview for the qhole team (also with external stkeholders).
