Asana was literally life changing for us!

What do you like best about the product?
I think flexibility and collaborative nature of the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
i think i would like to suggest a feature called COPY RULE. Its little annoying to set custom rules from scratch again n again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its basically bringing the complete organisations work in one place which is truly so convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
When I started at my new company, I found that the way we were underutilizing Asana. After doing trainings through Asana academy and learning how to optimize our usage, I was able to bring real use cases and examples of what our future on the platform can look like. I was quickly tapped as an administrator and able to begin the process of implementing new systems and usage. This has quickly been picked up and we now have a whole change management team, working on integrating our users, eliminating siloed information, and connecting our work both inside and outside of Asana with a number of app integrations. We are on the cusp of having an almost automated system that allows us to focus on the work that matters to us. Asana is quickly becoming THE comprehensive work tool for a number of our users, instead of one of many.

The thing I love most about Asana is truly how much this is helping all of us accomplish our work without worrying about information being lost and how easy it is to get everyone up to speed. It is so incredibly important now with how much of our work lives there now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that it's very easy to overlook all of the tools and abilities of Asana unless you look for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to consolidate our tool stacks across various teams, increase productivity with integrations, and to use Asana's words: "have a single source of truth" without our previous siloed information.

Asana an effective tool for your work

What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me in day to day working schedules to organize my tasks and help me to keep upto date with my work and wherever there are dependencies with my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Asana is great as it is in current form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising tasks with respective owners when there is a collaborating task updates me when any changes are made etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have communication for needs, organizing events all in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
A little confusing, lots of information to look at in one space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of sending an email that could potentially be lost/disregarded/forgotten by the receiver, the task stays in one place until it is taking cared of and I can set priority for each tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can customize my teams and separate the needs of my work while keeping everything organized. Its easy to use and there isn't a steep learning curve!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more features within the business level without having to pay an astronomical price for more features.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the backbone of our creative process. I love the customizability and the power it offers to users. We use daily and most of our people find it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support team and issue escalation of things like billing questions are a real challenge for us. The cost is also not insignificant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana offers a great customizable ticketing system, and flexible project and task management.

Asana is a great task tracker platform

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to add separate sections in the projects is a great tool. I also really love the ability to add emails as a task or as a comment in the planner (this was a very easy integration and simple to use). I use this platform every day to track the tasks and my upcoming projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one issue that I've found is that, I added a custom column for start date - because I want a notification when I'm supposed to start a task -rather than when it's due - and my custom column isn't transferred to the "My tasks" section and won't filter by the date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform is helping me by tracking my projects so that I don't miss any tasks that are coming up.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface
Greate task and project management features
It is nice to be able to save projektsetups as templates and automate roles.
Easy to implement and on board.
What do you dislike about the product?
That not all features on the desktop version are available on the mobile version. Eks. filter options.
That if you need to print out - the view changes.
It has been hard to get help from Asana, when needed. When I have a meeting, the questions were never follow up on.
When we needed the belling changed it was hard to get it fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working more smoothly and with less emails-tasks.

Meeting agendas and followup made easy.
