Great, collaborative and exciting features!
What do you like best about the product?
Its very intuitive and the support team is helpful. I use this tool daily for my work, and I am always pleasantly surprised by how many features there are, and how well it integrates with Slack and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent experienced any downsides as yet.

built-in rules help to automate repetitive tasks like assigning team members, updating statuses, or sending reminders.

Price is little high and starter plan need more feature from advanced plan

The multi-homing capabilities are very useful for our team. It has brought us a lot of efficiency.

I have yet to have issues with the program.

I can organize the project and simplify the process of submitting it to the client.

The cost is high, and the design is very boring and not customizable.

It solves me the process of getting the project to the finish line and organize each and everything.
Clear centralized communication
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage projects and tasks across different departments, making it easy to set clear goals and clear expectations with all the relevant knowledge centralized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little time to fully understand the platform to be able to use it. Around a month of daily use to fully take advantage of the software. I wish I could remove some of the tabs that are automatically populated when I start a new template

Asana is solving my daily struggle with decision fatigue and allows us to work efficiently through not just different internal teams but as well as contractors

What do you like best about the product?
As a consulting firm, we have so many clients running at once, all with different deliverables. Asana allows us to easily track things, across different teams so that we don't miss any deadlines. I love that we can communicate within the comments section, versus having to trace down information in Slack about a given task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found a way to integrate with what we do via Slack yet.

asana helps in project management to connect between teams to achieve a common goal. user friendly for beginners in daily use.

asana helps project collaboration between planners and executors, with asana the brief can be more detailed and recorded with the planner.
We use Asana as a ticketing platform to log issues with our own software.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a very powerful and easy-to-learn app that I use every day of the work week. Several features are very obvious and easy to implement. I've been impressed with some of the integrations that seem to be built-in to the platform, as I don't ever remember setting them up. They just work. It also has several built-in ways to view your data, including a Kanban board, list view, timeline, etc. You can turn them on or off, and set the one view that you want to use as a default. It allows you to switch between the views to see your data in different ways, depending on what you're trying to accomplish.
The support system has worked well for me and I have received answers to my questions within 1 day.

What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks a couple of obvious features that would add much more power to the platform. It also is not completely clear how to accomplish certain tasks within the platform. But the Support system is quite responsive with real-person responses through email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily log and track tickets in several ways, e.g., tags, titles, dates, boards, etc. It's very easy to look up a ticket to see where it is in the workflow. If a ticket has been resolved, the automation of clicking a checkmark and having it automatically moved to the Completed board is great. Several features in Asana make it easy to add additional information about a ticket, such as screenshots of what the logged issue is causing.
Asana makes me wish I had more projects to manage
What do you like best about the product?
As a lifelong checklist devotee, Asana works the same way my brain does. Big projects break down into little steps, different people are assigned to different areas, progress is evaluated, things are given real due dates. It is a great way to think about projects and bring work to life - I learn something every time I put a portfolio or project together. My team loves to collaborate in here because it is so easy and helps us all keep up with progress without having to do a million check ins.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't know there was a desktop app until I searched for it. I also wish the mobile app opened up where I left off last time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana to solve business problems and work through small projects. It helps me be in better touch with the org and get clear about what my own responsibilities are. It helps me spot problems ahead of time, as I see due dates and unclear tasks, and lets me stay on top of my own work. It also helps me stay on top of work to-dos for random projects that I keep organized in folders, getting it off of my written list (less stuff lost, easier to prioritize, better satisfaction when I finish something). I also use it personally, since this was the plan I set up for learning Asana. What a great system (errands, computer tasks, things to do - I just pick one off when I have a minute)

All of the different ways that Asana allows me to organize my workflows, both internally and externally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Asana could link to all of my company's systems so that everything I input into Asana is fully visible everywhere else!

Keeping all of my day-to-day tasks organized and managing my outreach follow-ups / training to-dos / project deadlines
