Great way to organize subjects and tasks

Can become overwhelming with so many threads and notifications that disappear in mobile

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Asana is easy to navigate and create within, and I’m able to collaborate with my team in one space on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels a bit empty/too simple. It could be helpful to have more direction for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me to keep track of and check off tasks easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s a relatively easy program to navigate and helpful to use.

Tasks organized in a pleasant way, can be dragged around. Text editing feature is useful

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of assigning, and working together with my team. Being able to keep everyone together and on the same page for what is going on, and due dates is super helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The design is cluttered a bit at times. Some of the functionality of creating similar tasks get confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are ensuring deadlines are met, and everyone knows exactly what is do and when.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is absolutely great for building out projects and ensuring everyone is on the same page. The design of the software makes it easy to assign task, due dates, and add any/all information you need,

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use, free version has basic features but they work well. Junior staff can quickly understand and adopt it as a day-to-day tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be a reporting feature in the free version.

We use Asana to organise small projects. It's easy to keep the team organised when projects are straight-forward.

What do you like best about the product?
Some of the best things of using this tool are that it gives the team visibility of activities while being able to track the tasks to ensure meeting the deadlines. The tasks can be assigned on an individual's level as well as see the goals on the project's level as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the things that can be improved are as follows:
The support can be better as well as the uptime. Sometimes it doesn't work and you are left hanging out to dry

We are solving the following problems:
- Visibility of activities
- Improving accountability and ownership
- Monitoring the progress
- Ensuring we meet the deadlines
- Planning and strategizing for future improvements
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a good tool for smaller teams but for larger and multiple teams it is better to look into other options before finalizing and making an investment

What do you like best about the product?
Good thing is, it's a too good software to be free. It was built for basic needs perfectly
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX was hard to use when we scaled our tasks

We are managing our project tasks using it

It is highly recommended for fairly small teams with low budget

What do you like best about the product?
What is cool about Asana is that I can keep track of the tasks that are pending, it helps me to organize tasks that I create as requests from clients that need to be completed and then assign the task to a team member in case I need additional support. When clients write me during weekend I just add quickly a task in my Asana app on my phone and this way I make sure to follow up on Monday morning.
Also I like that you can organize task by sections and divide them
What do you dislike about the product?
It would help a lot if Asana had an option of adding a priority level to each task. For example If i have 20 Tasks marked for tommorow it would be helpful to check wioch are most urgent. This helps especially in project management and when you assign a task to a coworker who may not be aware of the priority of the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1.Requests from clients that can be solved by myself
2.Requests from clients that j need help with and I assign them to other team members
3. project management, like having a “mother task” with several subtaks that Need to be completed betweeen different team members and helps us make sure that everything is 100% completed before activating a campaign for a new client
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I know some companies that use Asana as a CRM , it is a project management tool and not crm. Users should be aware of the main role of the tool and Asana should definitely not be used as a CRM tool
