Great platform, user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
Great organization, easy to use, efficient stat reporting and project channels. Love the collaboration aspect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like if there were an easier way to implement reports by task level
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has solved my problem of having to update a physical calendar, which benefits me by creating a labeled calendar and to-do list by date, tasks level and it is collaborative
I love this product!
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of ways to customize this to your own business/organizational needs which is nice - especially for different projects. I have never felt more organized and on top of so many concurring projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into anything that I would change honestly. I was using Notion which had more customizable widgets and templates that I liked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows my manager to assign me tasks as well as create projects our whole team can keep track of!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Asana is how you can make it your own. It's easy to use, understand and customize. My best feature is the Inbox !
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as it is customizable, it is also very rigid in some aspects. Customer feedback takes time to flow in the app.

Visibility. Using the portfolio has ben mind blowing.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to cross department collaboration on projects. Analytics that show productivity of my team. Asana's continued efforts to improve the features and functionality of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit too easy to get lost in subtasks within subtasks.

Asana helps keep our marketing team, operations team, and product team stay organized with both internal and external projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Clarity and Ease of Use. Also love the motivational little unicorns ;)

I cant think of anything off hand since its so so simple and easy.

Task Management

I like that it keeps track of tasks that are done. Also i like that it gives you reminders of what task needs to be done every week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that the app isn’t as good on iphone, it’s better on a computer.

We put videos on how to do stuff so when we have new employees they can just look at the videos.

Streamlined task, project and program management tool. I use it every day.

Not everyone is interested in trying out a new app, and many SDEs still prefer things like Jira.

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite thing about Asana is how intuitive and clean-looking it is. It also has just all the functionality one would need, such as tabs for projects, collaboration, convenient formatting...
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue with Asana is how easy it is to accidentally mark a task complete.

It helps me stay organised and see all the tasks clearly, not being lost in the mess.
Easy to use and comprehensive planning platform
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of options to personalise and structure projects and to do lists, both for personal and collaborative work. I use it very often for my personal work tasks and also to work on projects in the wider team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can take some time getting used to it but for a detailed platform like this, it is probably inevitable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing where projects are in terms of deadlines and who is involved in projects.
