What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Asana is how easy it was to implement across our organization. The intuitive interface made onboarding seamless, and the prebuilt dashboards provided immediate visibility into project progress without the need for extensive customization. Additionally, the easy navigation and user-friendly design make it simple for end-users at all levels to adopt and stay engaged with their tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot assign multiple assignees to a task. You must either create subtasks or a custom field to achieve this goal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving key challenges around project visibility, accountability, and consistency. Prior to implementation, project tracking varied widely across teams, leading to missed deadlines, unclear responsibilities, and duplicated efforts. With Asana, we now have a centralized platform that provides real-time visibility into project progress, clearer ownership of tasks, and standardized workflows. This has improved cross-functional collaboration, reduced status update meetings, and allowed leadership to make more informed decisions based on live project data

What do you like best about the product?
user friendly, organized, newbie friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
wish rows in sections were more flexible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to see where my team is at with their projects and manage their capacity easier. I enjoy using Asana for my own internal tasks as well so I don't fall behind. It's great for tracking and flagging deadlines.

Excellent project management and resource planning tool for remote work

What do you like best about the product?
As a web based tool for helping me in product marketing, keep on track of various work with content - I find it very useful. I can easily collaborate with web designers, creative teams and copywriters to create content efficiently for the solutions I work on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it generates quite a lot of email alerts, but I run business rules in my mailbox for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps schedule and keep order, around a significant volume of tasks and request for content in role of product marketing manager - supporting sales enablement and demand generation efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me efficiently plan out tasks to reach a goal. I love all of the integrations available - and they're super easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a little more flexibility when creating workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating on projects is much easier now. Everyone has a clear objective and tasks to complete the objective.

Concise, focused task management.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple. I don't have to learn formulas or code. I can load it up, type in what I want to accomplish or assign, and move on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently have not found any. Minimum characters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tasks often come up that everyone at our non-profit agrees needs to be complete. But so far, as a completely voluntary organization, we have had a lot of them fall to the side when no one stepped up to accept the tasks, we forgot who had it, or we set no real guidelines or deadlines for the individual.

What do you like best about the product?
The endless capabilities and features of Asana, as well as the ability to share projects and portfolios with team. I like the duality of Asana being able to be used as an individual tool and a group tool. Their team is also incredibly helpful and supportive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet found something about Asana that I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving the issues we face when tracking tasks, who is responsible for which tasks, and deadlines. Asana also helps our team track priorities and status updates, which increase efficinecy, transparency and communication in our team.

Great tool for organizing team projects efficiently

What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it very easy to manage projects and tasks across different teams. The user interface is clean and intuitive. I like how I can assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress all in one place. The timeline and calendar views are especially helpful for planning long-term projects. Notifications also keep the team updated without overwhelming us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the mobile app feels a bit slow, and certain features are harder to find compared to the desktop version. Also, for smaller teams, the pricing for premium plans can feel a little expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps our team stay aligned and meet deadlines more easily. It cut down a lot of unnecessary meetings and emails. Everything is clear and easy to follow.

What do you like best about the product?
The multi-homing aspect of Asana makes it seamless to work across teams and verticals, while demonstrating in real time how my team’s work is connected to the larger organizational initiatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t yet seen any downsides, but I recommend that any team looking to implement Asana do so very strategically. Taking time to set everything up the right way in the beginning means less cleanup and easier onboarding in the future. Also - be sure to make Asana your “primary source of truth” for project management, so that all work is saved in one place, not duplicated or saved across multiple platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is providing a platform for work management for my team that is not only collaborative and seamless, but allows customization for different working styles. Since implementing Asana, my colleagues have shared that they feel more organized and less stressed about project management-related tasks.

As a nonprofit, it is essential for team members to feel connected to the communities we serve, and understand how their contributions fit in to the larger mission. Asana’s ability to connect daily tasks to larger projects and portfolios and visualize that work within organizational goals has helped our team to understand more clearly how their work is supporting the organization’s mission.

What do you like best about the product?
The game changer for me was when I learned I could link more than one project to a task!
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually at the moment there are more features that I have yet to explore. I just haven't got to them all yet.
