Asana: How did I run projects before this software?
What do you like best about the product?
ease of use, multiple views, user access, tons of project management options for customization. overall, AMAZING!
What do you dislike about the product?
the only thing I think could be better would be the phone app. It seems to be a bit clunky and could be streamlined for better on the fly use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use asana to run site operations for music festivals all over the world. We have teams up to 300 people following multiple timelines all aligned towards a master goal of an on time build schedule.
Asana has been a wonderful vessel of communication between me, my team and our clients.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to invite guests to boards, even though they are not members, without any additional payment. This simplifies our workflow and expedites communication cross-teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Asana had native integrations with simple things like Google Drive, Gmail, Canva, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me, my team and my customers to access their tasks and documents at any time, even outside of working hours.

Asana will be solving my problem in coordinating tasks to my department.
Asana is a great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
We use Asana is alot of our day to day projects and meetings. I find it easy to use and keep track of my daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Asana not super easy to go between teams/attach different tasks to people outside my own specific team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Asana as a project management tool keep us on track for implementation and launches within our business.
Most adaptable project menagement software I've used
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to customize, how it intergrates with other apps like Slack seamlessly, and the fun animations when I complete a task make me smile!
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it a little harder to learn than I thought it would be, but the Asana learning platforms and classes are wonderful to help through that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that I can quickly see what I need to get done, and also add personal items into a list without the whole company seeing them.

I'm actually very impressed with Asana. I only dislike that I am not able to spend as much time learning as I would like

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Asana is how easy it was to implement across our organization. The intuitive interface made onboarding seamless, and the prebuilt dashboards provided immediate visibility into project progress without the need for extensive customization. Additionally, the easy navigation and user-friendly design make it simple for end-users at all levels to adopt and stay engaged with their tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot assign multiple assignees to a task. You must either create subtasks or a custom field to achieve this goal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving key challenges around project visibility, accountability, and consistency. Prior to implementation, project tracking varied widely across teams, leading to missed deadlines, unclear responsibilities, and duplicated efforts. With Asana, we now have a centralized platform that provides real-time visibility into project progress, clearer ownership of tasks, and standardized workflows. This has improved cross-functional collaboration, reduced status update meetings, and allowed leadership to make more informed decisions based on live project data

user friendly, organized, newbie friendly.

wish rows in sections were more flexible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to see where my team is at with their projects and manage their capacity easier. I enjoy using Asana for my own internal tasks as well so I don't fall behind. It's great for tracking and flagging deadlines.
Excellent project management and resource planning tool for remote work
What do you like best about the product?
As a web based tool for helping me in product marketing, keep on track of various work with content - I find it very useful. I can easily collaborate with web designers, creative teams and copywriters to create content efficiently for the solutions I work on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it generates quite a lot of email alerts, but I run business rules in my mailbox for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps schedule and keep order, around a significant volume of tasks and request for content in role of product marketing manager - supporting sales enablement and demand generation efforts.
