Seems like a great forum but so many choices and little subsets that its a bit overwhelming.

It seems very easy to organize and assign tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I love My Tasks. It conveniently combines both my personal to-do items with tasks assigned to me that are connected to projects. I can see everything at a glance, and filter as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit daunting to get everything set up at first, but the webinars and tutorials have been very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of deadlines, tasks, and general time management is primarily what I need Asana to help me do. Endless lists and meeting notes tend to result in losing track of things, but Asana helps me stay organized and I don't worry about forgetting important deadlines or priorities as much. And it frees up a little space in my brain for actually working on my tasks, since Asana handles tracking them.

Helping to organize projects and calendars in one place.

Works well within my department to organize tasks, assign upcoming projects, and create timelines for product launches.

Full company integration can take time, especially when building out new projects.

Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been so great to use! It is easy to use and understand. They have great customer support services. I use Asana everyday for work. I actually use it all day long too. It also has a great number of features to use and is great to keep things organized and updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only downside would be to make the mobile app version a little more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us by coordinating and managing campaigns, calendars, and more. It helps us keep organized and update tasks in real time to also keep our clients in the loop as well.

I am brand new to this product and have been very impressed with how intuitive it is.

At this time, I am still learning all that it offers and do not have any dislikes.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to have multiple project templates running at a time. It was a wonderful task tracking application.
What do you dislike about the product?
the inability to integrate certain platforms. We struggled with outlook integration even though it was showing available as an option. Being able to connect to a calendar set would have been a game changer so that tasks would be assigned in a calendar setting with cross functionality through our emailing system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team had all different ways of tracking tasks, deadlines and project needs. Asana helped us compile all tasks and timelines into individual project layouts and kept us up to date on each others statuses.
Asana keeps our remote team in sync
What do you like best about the product?
Our team is spread out across Ontario, with another team member in BC. Asana helps us stay on track with each other and the tasks on deck, even when our work hours don't sync up. We use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish there was more of a visual element in some of the tasks. Maybe being able to use icons to visually distinguish between different kinds of tasks at a glance.

Asana helps keep our remote team in sync.
Phenomenal app for project management and prioritization
What do you like best about the product?
I find the task management software is simple to use yet incredibly effective. It is easy to implement into a desktop app, and improved my efficiency and ability to track prioritisation of tasks within the first week of using it. I find the feature that allows you to assign different people/departments to tasks is very useful, as it gets the task onto their to-do list, even while working remotely from eachother.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit difficult to switch between multiple accounts or teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped with inter-department workflow, and my personal task prioritisation.
Excellent tool for working with Vendor
What do you like best about the product?
The concise nature of finding the tasks, as well as its ability to keep me on task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are challenges in finding a particular task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana when working with an outside vendor who provides Amazon services for our company. Asana has assisted in helping us to organize the various required tasks on each project. The ability to move files back and forth through Asana rather than email, keeping them organized, is a great boon.
