What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really easy to be figured out and implemented in the daily operations. There are multiple options and features you can use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations in terms of rules on subtasks that are possible only on parent tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some repetitive tasks are automated and easy to be updated across multiple tasks and projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature that I think not a lot of people use are rules. I've made a bunch of rules for many projects that make things so much easier as a lot of the steps are now automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I like everything about it but would like to see maybe more customizations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing due dates as well as priorities for clients

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can arrange your projects into different views, it really helps to showcase the features and highlight important information. I use Asana most days in my current role, so it is vital that it works the way I need it. You can easily upload whatever you need into it, be it pictures or any other files, making work easy to implement and integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think what I would like from Asana is more about how to use it properly, we currently only use the projects feature, but there looks like a lot more that could be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating on projects such as needing assets for a project, then easily briefing and receiving the assets via Asana.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is intuitive and the design makes a lot of sense. Asana is easy to implement and integrate with our existing tools, and more importantly, it will accelerate our transition to a boundaryless organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, it was the cost. But thankfully, with the support of the Philippines business lead, we were able to get a discounted/ non-profit pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us to have better visibility across functional units and to all projects. With this visibility, we are able to recalibrate quickly as needed. The Goals function is also critical for us as a non-profit because it helps us track our progress in achieving our mission without burdensome processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me stay organized and prioritize tasks across multiple agency clients. I love how fast and responsive the platform is, even when managing several projects at once. The flexibility to add different file types, assign due dates, and create subtasks makes it easy to break down complex workflows. The interface is intuitive, and the tagging and commenting features help keep communication clear and centralized. I even got certified by Asana because I believe in its power to streamline project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a bit overwhelming without proper filtering. I’d love to see even more advanced filtering options or smart suggestions based on task priority.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me manage my time and responsibilities across multiple clients and projects within a digital marketing agency. It eliminates the chaos of switching between spreadsheets or messages by giving me a single source of truth for everything. It also improves team collaboration and accountability. Thanks to Asana, I can plan ahead, hit deadlines consistently, and avoid things slipping through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
ease of use and the organizational structure of the projects and portolios; automations are endless and assist in managing everyday tasks; AI assists with ease of updates to everyday routine updates; the tightness of alignment and how everything fits together makes sense; you can get started with implementation without a lot of training; training will just take you deeper into what you are able to accomplish; this product will integrate with the tools that you already use; I will use this product every day as the hub of my work

What do you like best about the product?
It creates tasks and sends reminders when someone creates a task for you. You can comment on task as well and upload files form google drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sends a lot of emails and reminders to you.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive Asana is, it’s easy to organize tasks, set deadlines, and keep track of team progress. The layout makes it simple to collaborate without getting overwhelmed. I also appreciate the mobile app when I’m on the go. It really helps me stay on top of work without feeling scattered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the notifications can get a little overwhelming, especially if you’re part of multiple projects at once. I wish there were more advanced customization options to control what types of updates I get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me stay organized and avoid missing deadlines, especially when I’m juggling multiple projects. It’s solved the issue of having information scattered across emails, sticky notes, and random docs. Now everything is in one place, and I can track progress, communicate with my team, and manage tasks efficiently. It’s definitely reduced stress and made my workflow smoother.
