Essential Tool for Team Collaboration and Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Asana for my own personal task management, and I appreciate that my teammates can see where I'm at on certain projects without having to ask or set up a time to touch base. It's there for them to see. Additionally, we all find Asana to be very user-friendly, so it was easy for our team to get set up. I would rate it a 10 because it's really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some more customization for colors would be nice because we have a lot of projects going, and it would be great to be able to better tell them apart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to organize tasks, keep track of deadlines, understand teammates' progress, and stay updated on recurrent tasks.
Hyper-Editable and Easy Onboarding with Asana

I really like that Asana is hyper editable, which makes it easy for me to onboard into work and organize tasks. It helps me filter and organize my work, so I always know what I am doing in my new role every day. Plus, the initial setup was flawless.

Effortless Task Management for Multiple Projects
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is amazing to help me keep track of what tasks I have left to accomplish and what still needs to be done for all of the various projects I am working on day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are almost too many features. It can be intimidating to new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves my problem of how best to organize my To-Do List. I used to write down by hand my tasks and now I have a complete system of organizing thanks to Asana.
Streamlined Task Management Perfect for Remote Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the board and list views, which make it incredibly easy to drag video tasks from "Scripting" to "Editing" to "Upload Ready." Setting due dates is straightforward, and everyone gets notified instantly, helping us stay on top of our fitness review timelines without the need for constant reminders. The custom fields are especially useful for tagging budgets for gear purchases or adding sponsor notes directly to tasks. I also like how subtasks help break down complex shoots into manageable steps that my team can complete quickly. The progress bars and workload views are great for spotting potential overloads before burnout becomes an issue. Plus, having comments with attachments keeps all our feedback organized in one place, avoiding messy email threads this is pure gold for our small crew working together remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free tier fills up with boards too quickly when I have projects from several series, which means I have to upgrade sooner than I’d prefer, especially since I’m running a bootstrapped channel. The mobile app also tends to glitch at times when there’s a heavy load during rush hours. I also wish there were more automation options for rules without needing the premium version, as the basic rules feel too limited for smoothly linking video approvals to uploads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Asana, our tasks would often get lost in chat threads or forgotten lists, leading to missed uploads, unnecessary script rewrites due to miscommunication, and a loss of momentum that negatively impacted our subscriber growth. Now, with everything organized through visual workflows, automatic assignees, and dependency links that make sure edits only start after shoots are complete, we can easily spot bottlenecks early using portfolio dashboards. This has allowed us to produce videos consistently, meet deadlines with confidence, and scale our output without the last-minute chaos or dropped responsibilities we used to face.
Effortless Sprint Management with Custom Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automated rules and templates in Asana, which are really beneficial. The ability to save a new template after modifying the default scrum project structure means we can start a new sprint easily by creating a new project from this customized template. It's also worth mentioning that the initial setup of Asana was very easy. Some of our team members had prior experience using Asana, but even new users could adopt it easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Asana needs a document-based structure like Confluence of Atlassian. Asana provides only task-based projects. We want to store Retrospective notes, but we have to add these notes as a task. And if there were a task type (without owner, etc.) it would be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to manage sprint tasks effectively. Custom templates and automated rules allow easy task updates and project creation, aligning with our unique sprint structure rather than default setups.
Effortless Project Organization with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana is easy to use, which means I don't need to take a training on it. It has multiple options that allow me to design and lay out the entire project easily. The smart functionalities, including AI, help a lot, especially since Asana is continually being developed with features that are grown and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need more AI features , if there is an option for asana to suggest subtasks that would be awesome, this will help build a project faster
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to organize my tasks and collaborate with team members. It helps me look at the big picture of what I'm achieving.
Effortless Workflow Organization and Seamless Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Asana is how effortlessly it organizes complex workflows into clear, manageable tasks. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy for teams to stay aligned without feeling overwhelmed. I especially appreciate the multiple view options—List, Board, Timeline, and Calendar—because they let each team member work in the style that suits them best. The automation features also save a significant amount of time by eliminating repetitive steps, and the seamless integrations with tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Zoom help keep everything centralized. Overall, Asana enhances clarity, accountability, and collaboration across every project.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Asana is a powerful tool, there are a few areas that could improve. Some of the more advanced features—like custom rules, advanced reporting, or workload management—are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can feel limiting for smaller teams. The mobile app, although functional, isn’t as smooth or intuitive as the desktop experience, especially when managing complex projects. Additionally, Asana’s flexibility can be a double-edged sword: without clear internal guidelines, workspaces can become cluttered or inconsistent over time. A bit more built-in structure or smarter suggestions would help keep everything organized more effortlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps solve the constant challenge of keeping projects organized and teams aligned, especially when multiple tasks, deadlines, and contributors overlap. Before using it, important details were often buried in emails or scattered across different tools. Now everything lives in one place—tasks, files, timelines, and updates—which dramatically reduces miscommunication and missed deadlines. It also helps establish accountability, since every task has a clear owner and due date. The ability to visualize workloads and dependencies makes planning far more strategic, which has improved both efficiency and overall project outcomes.
Streamlines HR Project Management with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I think how simple it is to create projects with templates, so that we can have a standardized way to work and also how easy it is to link tasks across projects and portfolios. Templates ensure consistency and standardization, which allows for better insights and visibility into status, and a more cohesive analysis. Linking tasks means not having to maintain things separately, ensuring the right stakeholders of each project are aware, which is highly beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think so far my biggest issue has been on the reporting side. I'd like to have the ability to adjust filters at the dashboard level instead of each widget. And also the ability to apply filters at the entire page rather than, again, customizing them and configuring per widget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana creates a one-stop shop for collaboration, keeps us updated on projects, and reduces the need for meetings.

I love that it lets me answer questions without having to hold meetings, and this saves us time so we can get more work done. Seamless Task Management with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana as a company task tracker and really appreciate its ease of use, which makes it very straightforward for me and my team. I also like the feature that allows creating dependencies between projects, as it lets departments work on their respective parts and integrate everything into a master project. This feature helps us assign tasks between teams and track real-time updates efficiently.
