Good Way to Quantify Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like that my supervisor can send me project notifications and we can stay updated in the quickest way with this application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier messaging platform on the app to be able to update the supervisors and other project employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped us stay on track with long term ideas and executions and allowed us to see the bigger picture in a great way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great! Utilize all of the ways that it allows you to keep your thoughts in order.

Easy to learn and set up. Pm tools are difficult...asana makes it easy

No sso login without enterprise license.

I can't change multiple fields at a time. Sometimes it's hard to keep track of items.

I've been more efficient in my time and it's been more convienant than writing everything down in a planner.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a great tool for organizing personal or teamwork, basing the system on individual tasks framed into bigger projects. It's a faithful friend in the fight with deadlines and work chaos.

Asana only allows you to assign project tasks to one person.

It's easy to use, and it encourages productivity, collaboration, and organization within your business

Email notifications can get a bit excessive.

It seems to have bugs related to the due dates/times of the tasks.

I like how Asana shows you the status of project timelines and integrates notifications to the team.

I dislike the number of steps required to complete a task.

Asana has streamlined our internal communications and brought efficiencies to our team.
Great for a to-do list
What do you like best about the product?
I like to use Asana as a to-do list and to assign tasks to others on my team. I have yet to really use the "project" team-plates, since I just started using the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is a little hard to customize certain things on asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There has been a big communication issue solved through Asana. We had tasks getting lost via text, where now they become tasks in Asana and are completed on time!
Asana helps me make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

I like how easy and convenient it makes keeping track of what needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that makes asana difficult is when shared lists do not automatically sync.

Makes work so much easier.
Robust, but average user experience
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to get very granular in how you sort things and organize them and pass them on to the next checkpoint/person for review.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is pretty confusing. I wish it were a little more simple to pick up and use right out of the box.

Keeping my tasks and workflow organized.
