What do you dislike about the product?
A notable shortcoming of Asana is that it only allows one person to be assigned to a task at a time, which can make collaboration difficult when multiple team members need to work on the same task. This limitation may lead to confusion or extra work when tasks require shared responsibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves several common project management problems, leading to significant benefits:
> Centralizes task management, so all tasks, files, and communications are in one place, reducing confusion and saving time searching through emails or scattered tools.
>Improves team collaboration and communication by allowing real-time updates, comments, and file sharing within tasks, helping everyone stay aligned and reducing miscommunication.
>Increases accountability and clarity by making it easy to assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress, so everyone knows their responsibilities and timelines.
>Streamlines workflows with automation and templates, helping teams avoid repetitive manual work and stay organized.
>Provides real-time reporting and progress tracking, making it easier to spot bottlenecks and keep projects on schedule.
These features benefit users by making project management more organized, transparent, and efficient, ultimately saving time and helping teams deliver work faster and with fewer errors

I appreciate the look and feel of Asana, and the continuing education provided to empower consultants like myself to build realistic project plans for several clients, review previous work and never start from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of mine is that I was not familiar with it before. It was not on my radar and doesn't integrate with Microsoft easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
(1) Ease of implementation is fantastic.
(2) I LOVE that you now host meeting-based training workshops (not everyone works well with async learning).

What do you dislike about the product?
(1) There's no RACI functionality within projects and you can only assign to one person and have multiple collaborators. (2) The inability to convert a project into a goal. (3) That you can't have "view only" members who need visibility into projects but don't need to actively be in the platform regularly.

Asana is the reason I am sane
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the different ways that your tasks. The different boards, timelines, calendars, etc make it so easy to compartmentalize large tasks.
Even personal tasks! It has been a game changer for my ADHD.
Even personal tasks! It has been a game changer for my ADHD.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't add things directly into the calendars, a lot of times you'll have to go to your board that it's associated with and add a task rather than directly into the calendar day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With multiple projects running, it's difficult to keep up with what tasks are up next, top priority, and which project they're designated to. It's nice to be able to have multiple boards in one space that have tasks that are more complex than just a check list. You can add priorities, dates, and more.
Also, I love that you can see funny cats and dogs with a little Asana hack.
