Must-Have Tool for Streamlined Teamwork and Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is one of the most powerful and intuitive project management platforms I’ve used—and it truly lives up to the hype. Whether you’re a solo entrepreneur, a small team, or part of a growing business, Asana provides the structure and flexibility needed to manage tasks, track progress, and collaborate seamlessly.
What I love most about Asana is how visually clear and customizable it is. You can switch between List View, Board View (Kanban-style), Calendar, and Timeline with ease, making it ideal for different working styles. The interface is clean and user-friendly, and it’s easy to onboard new team members quickly without overwhelm.
Key features like task dependencies, recurring tasks, custom fields, project templates, and real-time notifications ensure nothing slips through the cracks. The ability to assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress at a glance has made staying on top of deadlines so much easier.
Another major bonus is Asana’s integration capability—it works effortlessly with Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and dozens of other tools, creating a centralized hub for productivity.
Whether I’m managing client projects, content calendars, or administrative workflows, Asana keeps everything organized and running smoothly. It has genuinely improved my ability to delegate, plan, and execute with clarity.
If you’re looking to reduce stress, improve communication, and boost your team’s efficiency, Asana is absolutely worth it.

Versatile Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. It's also cool to be able to see the tasks organized in various ways such as in lists or gantt chart. I also like how it can be used for individuals as well as teams and it syncs to my phone. I was impressed how easy downloading it was as well as how easy it was to sign up for a live orientation to learn the tool more. The staff was very helpful in getting us set up in real time. I also like how customizable the tool is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not used the app long enough to have many dislikes. Some minor nitpicks might be that it doesn't delete completed tasks by default, but I did see that I could filter them out of view. I also need to look into more aggressive push notifications to help remind me of some of the tasks, but that is less of a dislike and more of me just needing to adjust the settings more. It would be nice, though, if the tool integrated with other software such as SharePoint or Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm constantly jumping between sticky notes, and planners, and apps to find a way to remember all I have to do for work and at home. I like that this tool makes it easy to see all my tasks in terms of priority, by project, and on a gannt chart. My biggest issue is having tasks fall through the cracks when there are a lot of items on it because they then get lost and I forget them, but this helps keep them all in view and in order. It's also helpful since adding a task doesn't take a lot of time using the phone widget.
Great tool that helps me with digital marketing projects management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana to manage my day to day tasks and coordinate assignments with collaborative teams. It was very easy to switch to Asana from Jira - the UI is intuitive without any prior training.
I like the ability to seamlessly switch between different views, like lists and calendars.
I like the ability to seamlessly switch between different views, like lists and calendars.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Asana had an in-built file viewer instead of downloading images or documents attached to the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fast pace of working at an advertising agency requires very organized workflow, and Asana helps me keep evreything buttoned up.
Asana keeps me on task
What do you like best about the product?
I love how thorough Asana is for our clinic to keep me to task and on time with deadlines
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't had any issues with Asana up to this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently switching over to a new EMR and have many tasks that need to be completed for the transition to happen.
Amazing time saver and organization tool for my business!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to organize everything about a project or task in one spot in a visual way and easily flip the tasks to team members or rename, reassign and change the due date as necessary. As a marketing agency with multiple clients, it's been a truly a blessing to have a one spot place to organize and help us all work virtually. We use plenty of cloud tools, but Asana is our number one must have!
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, this hasn't happened more than once or twice, but if/when we don't have access we do feel a tad antiquated trying to do things the "old fashioned way!"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Truly helps us organize our remote team of workers and all the clients we have, particularly when projects stall and restart.
Flexible - for the project or the user
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that some people work better with lists, others work better with flowcharts, gantts, or calendars. Asana is flexible and adapts to the user and the project seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's the best tool of its type, but sometimes with multiple projects, it can get unwieldy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a perfect place to track projects and create collaborative agendas.
Helped Our Marketing & Project Management Teams
What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful to be able to see the work we are doing in different views. I prefer the Board view whereas other team members like List or Timeline. We are able to use this to better manage a variety of projects whether they be internal marketing initiatives or external client projects. I love that we can add guests so that various stakeholders can see the progress of a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some team members can be overwhelmed by Asana and not know where to get started, though I think this is a challenge that would arise with any project management software!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enhances productivity since we can create template projects and easily duplicate them when starting a new project or initiative. It also keeps us organized and on the same page.
