What do you like best about the product?
Very well organized and easy to use for tasks.

It can be a bit confusing, especially the multiple workspaces.

No auto-reassignment after the stage of the task is completed. Sometimes attachments can be uploaded, lagging

I like that to do items are super clear and everyone knows what tasks they need to be working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can't easily rank to do items and track how my coworkers are completing items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm calling to action to-do items for our to dos, assigning due dates, and following up clearly when items are not completed. I've benefited because asana makes it very clear what task is in everyone's court.

It's a great place to store all your to do items cross functionally across teams

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface. Ease of discovery. Screen Layout was very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model gets quite expensive are your collaborative team grows. The cost is twice that of other less-featured solutions. You need to make use of all the features for the value to be there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Colaborative progress. 3rd party integrations into Gmail and Outlook. We lose momentum on projects and Asana has helped greatly with keeping projects on track and identifying where the roadblocks exist quickly so we can keep things moving along. It does help to identify individuals who are not keeping up.

Asana isa good collaborative tool. We can work with several colleagues on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
With Asana, It is very difficult to use. It is not intuitive enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana, I can manage my team's tasks and overview what is left to do. I can also prioritize my tasks and see them on a timeline.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create multiple projects and tasks within each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like it can be confusing to try to schedule when something is due especially if it is a recurring task. I can't find where that option is in the menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping me stayed organized with my new PR job and multiple clients. I know what my tasks are and I can assign tasks to other people easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely consider it if you are looking for a free digital way to stay organized. It's like writing yourself notes but it memorizes them and reminds you via email to complete tasks.

I like the ability to create tasks within your team/group and assign them to others once your tasks are complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Asana could work on reminders within the system. It is very easy to have something assigned to you but only receive one notice and forget about it.

We were using Asana as project management, we found it nice to assign to others within the team, but as mentioned earlier, it is very easy to have those fall off your radar quickly.

What I did not like about using Asana is that when you invite others to join your team, there is no alert.
