Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how I can keep track of all my projects with my teams

Easy, Effecient Tast Managemetn
What do you like best about the product?
Organization, flexibility, and collaboration. I can organize tasks on the fly or way in advance and only see what is relevant to my day right then. The software is flexible enough to fit a ton of custom solutions. I have taken advantage of this to make all kinds of flow boards, dynamic projects, and interactive to-do lists. Finally, the collaboration and communication on Asana has absolutely changed the way our whole company functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The iPhone and iPad app lacks just a few features that make it a little less intuitive. This by no means should prohibit anyone from becoming a user. However, if they would add the keyboard shortcuts and an archive all feature to the inbox it would be pretty close to perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We actually do all of our internal communication on Asana. No texts, emails, or products like Slack needed. We use it to approve drafts, share design files, and collaborate on documents. It really has become an all-in-one communication tool for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the Interface of Asana. It´s very friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don´t dislike anything of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana help us to prioritize our time so we can do more tasks in less time.

You should use Asana ASAP. It´s really great and functional.
Favorite Project Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Asana is that everyone can see everyone else's tasks listed on the calendar. This makes it much easier to communicate what everyone is working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that subtasks are not automatically assigned the same tags as their parent tasks, and that these tags, once assigned again, aren't visible until you click on the specific subtasks. It also would be easier if you could assign one task to multiple people instead of duplicating the task for every person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is relatively intuitive, and it's the first platform we've used that allows everyone to get a visual timeline of the tasks that need to be completed. This helps make everyone more accountable for their own projects, especially those that other employees are dependent on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Everyone has to buy in to using the product, but it makes productivity so much easier once everyone has gotten into the habit of using it.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me to highlight activities so that my team finishes them faster and, if I forget the task, Asana notifies me by email or by its mobile application, it is ideal for large groups of people, since it allows you to be more organized and attentive to the activities to be carried out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its interface does not like me much because it lacks colors and can not be customized to my liking, however its functionality is excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is excellent because with Asana we avoid having extra personnel for the organization and the management of the projects.

There is no doubt that Asana can help you in your work, as well as track your activities or simply organize your employees to perform their tasks in the most efficient way, I recommend it.
Asana Is Great For Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to collaborate with my coworkers and stock holders on our projects. The application is good for ordering tasks. It allows us to set and review timelines. The application also does a good job of weekly reminders to update projects. Asana also does a good job with their training courses. The trainings are good to understand different ways the application can be used and what scenarios would be best for each type of project. You can also submit questions to them and receive feedback fairly quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is good for checking statuses on the go but is not great for creating new projects. I would also like the ability to create more in depth reports. Currently you are able to create basic reports and export them . The change from dashboards to portfolios has been ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our company to track our projects, create a timeline of progress and forecast our workloads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend completing the online tutorials and the Asana workshops to familiarize yourself with the product and it's capabilities.
Positive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to communicate in an effective manner with my team here. I also like that we can all see what everyone is working on throughout the week and are able to help hold each other accountable and bounce ideas off of each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
The done feature is confusing once a task is completed. It doesn't make sense to me to have a done button but also having the capability of moving it into the completed tasks column..it get's a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving communication problems as well as time management problems. I have realized by staying on top of adding weekly tasks and what I'm working on into asana each week that there isn't grey area for my coworkers regarding what I'm currently working on.
Great Task Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visibility Asana give me into tasking and activities across team members. I get a lot of value out of the month at a glance view, which enables us to see parallel work-stream activities and make not of any dependencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I really dislike about the product. The user interface is fresh and clean, though it can sometimes seem a little too simplistic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our virtual, global team was having trouble managing tasks and coordinating activities. Asana helped us keep track of tasks across teams and gave leadership insight into the activities taking place. It helped us better plan for future activities, after we gained a better understanding of how long some tasks took.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Create clear rules and expectations for using the product in your organization. One of the best decisions we made was stop listing tasks in emails and only use Asana for task tracking. Organizational adoption of the tool meant we needed to figure out what to do with Asana and what not to do with other tools we used. We started using email to collaborate with external parties and we used asana to track tasks internally in the organization. This really helped us stay more organized.

What do you like best about the product?
beautiful animations that take place when you finish a task gamify completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the layers within layers within layers of tasks can be confusing. would be nice to see how many subtasks exist within a parent cell from the top level view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Streamline Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
At a marketing agency with around 70 people, Asana makes it much easier to assign, receive, and review tasks. It makes the hand-off between team members much more streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Asana now that it integrates with Gmail.

Asana helps us keep track of tasks which ultimately makes us more efficient.
