Great for Assigning Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
It is very clear the tasks to do each day by which employee. The admin or any team member may put on a task for the day, determine the priority and the due date and time and delegate the task to do to any employee or team member. It also has a nice chat feature to communicate between teammates, requesting status or updates of the project or task of the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is capable of doing what is asked of it which is to remind and delegate certain tasks amongst our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems would be to communicate the tasks that our main priority for the day at hand. We have realized who is responsible for what and when the task must be completed in order for the team to move forward.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great free tool to delegate tasks amongst team members.
Collaboration made easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very versatile tool with sub-components for tasks within larger projects. Thus it allows many groups to work together at the same time, on larger projects. It also allows you to create many different profiles - personal or work - so you can keep track of all the many things in your life, at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe there is an app for mobile use, but for computers, log-in to the website is necessary. Notifications can become nagging as the program lets you know when even small changes are made to the project by any member.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to have large project groups collaborate through task-sharing. The product increases visibility, accountability and keeping the big picture in sight!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Useful for projects with several moving parts, and several collaborators..
Very Useful
What do you like best about the product?
Staying organized is easy in this program. It allows you to keep track of multiple projects at one time, and include collaborators, who can receive updates as the project progresses. The best part of the app is having the ability to set up clear deadlines, expectations, and instructions, in one organized place. Accountability is key in our business, and this allows us to track individual projects at the progress through the production process. Without some way to stay organized, we would be relagated to the old days of emails and post-it-notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to set up more conditional filtering. The more projects you have, the harder it is to keep track of what each one's status is at any given time. I would like to see the service create a way to filter your projects by due date, status, and collaborator. It would make the app a lot more powerful if notification could be global for certain aspects, such as completion of projects, but select notifications for non-critical updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large group project management across multiple departments with upwards of 10 individuals. The software allows us to keep each other up to date on all of our pending projects without having to result to phone calls, text messages, or emails. Now we just check the app before we interrupt our colleague with status updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a powerful organizational software that can be up and running quickly with new team members and collaborators.
Solid workflow tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like their organization structure. There are a lot of workflow tools out there but I think ASANA has done a good job with their structure and how they think about organizing workflows. It will take a little bit to learn, like most, but once you get a feel for the tool I think its one of the better ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to learn the ins and outs, and to get everyone on the same page...but I think thats a standard for many tools like this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a single place for all marketing to log briefs to our agency, build team calendars, share ideas, reduce email communication..etc.
Not overly fancy but easy and effective
What do you like best about the product?
I pretty much leave the calendar task view open 100% of the time. It’s a great way to make sure I’m not missing anything and keep me focused. The project features are also good for building timelines with other users
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negatives I can think of are little details like when you copy a task you should be able to copy it to any project or area you want vs in the existing one. All in all not a lot of bad
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basic organization and task management has become much easier
Recommendations to others considering the product:
At least try it. The visual/ease of use is great and it will help you stay on track. If you want to track tasks but don’t want to spend a ton of time learning the software this is a good product
simple, powerful ,productive
What do you like best about the product?
simple UI,user friendly, easy access to app features ,integration with many platforms is great
What do you dislike about the product?
list view is simple and good , but it will be better if it has card board view too it became the view default for many other apps ,
also it missing gantt chart view for progress .

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that it's a big problem but , there could be a couple more tools on the platform as there is some hidden misunderstand that can be hard to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using will all my company, to easily schedule and manage tasks and projects. It is easy to use and very well designed. Also understanding by my team.

Perfect at what it does if it is slightly overwhelming at first glance
What do you like best about the product?
Makes collaborating with team members so very simple. The ability to see what everyone is up to and track each other's progress is perfect.
The notifications are great as well to ensure all deadlines are met by the team.
The notifications are great as well to ensure all deadlines are met by the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
When first getting to grips with the tool, it is quite overwhelming as it can be a busy screen.
It doesn't take long to understand how it works and it becomes obvious that it will save a huge amount of unnecessary time in implementing product changes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have found that so much more gets done, our product releases are more frequent with bigger, better changes.
Company-wide goals are also achieved more regularly with plenty of boards being used to ensure each individual is clear on what they are required to do and when they are required to do it.
Personally, it has allowed me to be more efficient and effective when leading a team to reach targets.
We use it for everything!

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a good look at how fast you are moving projects along currently, if Asana doesn't half the time then you must have the most organised brain in the world.
Save that brain space for ideas and use Asana as an extension of your brain.

Easy Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
What I like with Asana the most is it's really nice UX. It's easy to the eyes, really good design and overall clean. It makes hard task look simple for the users while still having the complexity I needed for my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I strongly dislike but it would have to be with the pricing. I currently use asana just for my personal projects, I wanted to go pro but the pricing doesn't really click to me. I think something a little lower or just an annual type of payment will do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use asana to manage my personal projects, It allows me to have a clean overview of a project, what I need to finish with it and some other useful information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is really good if you have to use it for personal and some small projects. It has a really nice user experience coupled with amazingly clean design choices. The pricing though, is up to your liking. It's a really good project management software and I can't wait on how could they improve it more.
