Love this tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is so easy to use. You can easily sort, prioritize and check off tasks. I love that it has different ways to input the information. Like lists and checking off your to-dos? More of a sticky notes person? Or do you prefer to see everything at a glance on your calendar? Asana has you covered!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. Very intuitive to use and very effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great for organizing your day and communicate with a team.
Amazing Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to prioritize my tasks and organize my day. This software allows me to keep myself organized and keeps everyone that I serve happy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of reporting options for the free accounts. I understand that there needs to be a reason to purchase, but working at a nonprofit means we don't have much in a budget for this kind of thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Asana to manage all helpdesk and IT projects going forward. It helps my team stay organized and on task every day.
A great tool for teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a lead on a team project and Asana is a great tool to write group to do lists and divide up work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the calendar tool was more interactive and that you could create gant charts on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our team to keep track of company goals that we're expected to deliver on and allows us to check them off once complete.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It takes tight curation for a team lead to keep on top of the to do lists and the goals. Its helpful to use Asana to think through goals and the pieces needed to achieve the goal.
Seamless, intuitive project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an incredibly intuitive and really easy to use project management platform/software that integrates easily into things like Gmail and even Slack. You can easily sort/organize tasks, and you get your weekly to-do list. It's not cluttered, and it has a lot of features that are helping in managing projects, such as marking some tasks as dependent on others, setting up recurring deadlines, and getting a high-level overview of projects that your team is working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some improvements that could be made in terms of organization and better sorting your own tasks. In addition, sometimes it can be overwhelming (and counterproductive) to see ALL your tasks laid out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helpful to track progress on team-oriented projects and being able to make comments directly on tasks/projects so that all discussion is accounted for. It also helps in thinking out all the steps/necessary components of planning a larger campaign, and planning backwards as well for timing to make sure that everything is completed on time. There is a lot less back and forth between team members because everything is laid out in Asana.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is my go-to application for Project Management. I have many clients and I am able to functionally organize them and schedule our tasks. I am able to bring each organization into my Asana separately so that my clients can use the application as well.
Asana is easy enough to use. Many of my clients are not tech savvy yet, feel comfortable using the app. There is also a great integration with Gmail as well as a Chrome extension.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. The integration with Gmail takes some getting used to. It can be clunky and if you forget a step, it will not save to the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project and Task organization. Nothing slips through the cracks as long as each item is scheduled and assigned correctly.

Use the tutorials, especially when migrating from another project management tool.

I love the ability to collaborate with stakeholders from within the projects.

I wish there was more ability to fin tune user permissions.

The ability for non-employees to have visibility into our projects is invaluable
Collaborate and Manage Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability that Asana offers to facilitate collaboration with my coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software has a steep learning curve and could be streamlined a bit more to make the user experience more productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing staff output while tracking projects. Asana offers the benefit of allowing our business to track a project from the initial development stage to culmination and helps us see what is needed at every stage of the project.

Asana is a great tool to manage a project and delegate tasks for the entire staff. It is a great way to measure productivity and progress.
Great task tracking software!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana manages my tasks, due dates, and allows me to also assign tasks to those I manage. I appreciate the ease of the software and how simple it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues using Asana, only positive feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to keep track of my team's tasks and see when things are completed. I also see how organized our team has become since implementing Asana. We can have tasks occur weekly, monthly, yearly...it's amazing!

I would recommend using this app/tool. It is great for task management, team management, and organizing projects/events.

We manage our projects, from the beginning of a brainstorm until it is completed, Asana lets us plan everything very effectively, with great communication and extrategias, each tool is better than the previous one, has very good features to save a lot of money. weather.

The learning curve requires a good understanding and work some time to make the most of it. I would also like you to have a grantt diagram to improve the experience.

It helps to increase our team performance, we see all the tasks that require our attention in real time, we receive notifications and above all, I love how it synchronizes with other softwares. Asana has given solutions to many problems we had.

Asana is great for managing multiple ongoing projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana lets you create multiple ongoing projects to track. It allows you to easily copy one project to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there’s no way for me to organize my projects based on current ongoing projects under “My Tasks.” I can add many tasks to My tasks section but not filtered by project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m solving a project management and organization problem by using Asana. I’m realizing benefits such as saving time by quickly seeing project overview and what tasks are left for me to complete.
