Project Management Made Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can use a customized workspace, and have your own tasks and due dates separate from the groups. We are able to collaborate with assigned tasks while still having our own personal to do's and timeline as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to maneuver between boards and see comments. This is not a major problem, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to simplify our to do's and have clear due dates and timelines with Asana. This helps our workflow and everyone to be on the same page.
Amazing Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Timeline features is that I like the most. It's so easy to visualize the various task that have been assigned at any given time to the various members of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing really I dislike about it, but maybe the Sidebar could improve a bit. It could be a little bit more intuitive with assigned projects and team members
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following up the various tasks the have been given to team members. We are a company with employees based in a lot of different countries and time zones, so it's sometimes hard to keep track of their work on a daily basis. This is where Asana comes give us easy access to it all

What do you like best about the product?
Asana help us connected with each member of the team all around the world. Our boss is in United Kingdom and we can use asana to do task we need in our operations. I also creates ticket for every task or request of our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, because asana has everything we need. We just need to assign the ticket to the specific department or person who will be able to create or do the task. It is real time and that is awesome we don't need to wait for how many hours just to do the tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits is it is easy for us to see the task we need to do and also a history of tasks.

Really usefull software
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to learn and to use it. It's also easy to create and assign tasks to team members. The calendar and timeline are quite helpful tools to organize every project and with the built in conversation feature brainstorming and exchanging ideas is possible without the use of any external app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not find anything that I can say that I dislike it. It looks and performs as good as possible. It would be great if there was a Greek language option and with name day Celebrations and holidays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my business to organize and deliver on time every client's project, while it saves me and my team time and money.

The most important thing in this software that is Asana is a practical project management tool that is easy for all users to learn. Asana is so great software because it really helps us to makes out projects are so simple and easy. The one thing that I most like this software I can give better tracker for my projects and tasks because it's features are very outstanding. This software also has the great ability to create the tasks and projects templates in a more efficient way. Asana is a beautiful and flexible tool for managing your project and also great for team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one biggest problem in this software that is there is a not great working record of the steps in a project that have been added or deleted. The one great disadvantage of this software that is Asana has a outstanding features but it should must enhanced more features such as there is some limitations about the editing of the documents for the project management. But otherwise Asana software is always best way to easily manage many projects at any time and at anywhere in a more easier way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has allowed me to manage project progress across departments, within teams and even with the clients. I personally use this software because all of its features are outstanding and also useful for me. This software especially designed for business because it is very friendly user and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana for all of my startups and also for my personal affairs - it runs my life!
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest fear is that Asana will change when it’s already perfect. I don’t get why every other perfect website does that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My mind is at easy every day that I’m caught up on Asana tasks. I feel bad for people who aren’t using it.
One of the best project management platforms ever
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is perfect when you need a job done before a deadline. A perfectly designed platform for a virtual assistant like me. Tracking a task was always impossible for me before my client introduced me to Asana. You can see the due date of a task as soon as you log in. And when you open your tasks tab you can view all the task details and information you need to complete the task.
Whenever you need a piece of information from a previously completed task, You just need to navigate to archived tasks and search for the information you need. That's one of my favorite features because I always find myself struggling to find the correct information for a task.
Another thing is, you can activate desktop push notifications for any task updates, Asana also sends you a daily summary at the end of the day so you'd know how many uncompleted tasks are left and which tasks you completed today.
I highly recommend Asana to fellow virtual assistants who struggle with project management daily. Asana is a huge lifesaver.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really friendly and easy to use, we use Asana as a project management tool for all our projects across different teams. it´s useful how you can keep track of the progress and documents that you share with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some really great features that are aid love to implement myself, but as a single-member business owner, their pricing structure isn’t what I need it to be yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve been using Asana for many years. I’ve found that as I train some of my Clients on it that it isn’t as intuitive for them. Maybe they like the more aesthetic look of Trello or board style than Asana (although it can do that too). Still, an amazing tool if you use it regularly. There are some structural set-up challenges, but overall the tool is great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Useful for keeping track of projects - who is working on them, their due dates, notes among colleagues etc. It is super user-friendly, easy to use as a collaborative tool. Can get a little messy and hard to structure in a clear way if it's a really extensive project or lengthy to-do list.
