Great for project tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to create projects and share my results with everyone on my team. It is easy to add a task and add a deadline for those tasks and assign those tasks to any of the other members of my team when I need to. I can then easily see if they have completed the tasks assigned and follow up if they have not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for members isn't always easy. I have to request to become a member before I can see who is in the team. Other then that I have not really had any issues using Asana. I sometimes need to now if a user already has an account before trying to add a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Projects and tasks for projects are much easier to keep track of and follow up on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's easy to use and a great product to share project work.
Great for remote teams and companies
What do you like best about the product?
Cross-platform (web and mobile app) sync allowed our remote company to manage projects and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it was our implementation, but anyone could change a board or category, which made for a lot of confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were a remote company, with everyone working from home. We were able to track and run projects using ASANA.

There is not much I dislike about Asana. It is very customizable to your business' needs

There has been more productivity working with Asana

Dislike that it sometimes signs me out.

Seeing my team be accountable for project work. Tasks get done in a timely manner.

Assign tasks up to weeks in advanced and keep organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can add tasks, however minute and add details, links and files for myself and my team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much as of yet. I think there are many more features like the project view/ boards of Asana that I need to explore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved qc issues, e-mail marketing ideas, web design team colabs as well as scheduled content development, creation and reminders to schedule and publish.

Go for it! Save yourself time and money!
Asana is very user friendly and efficient

I like how it’s visually designed and the spots for tagging and communicating with team members.

There are a lot of options with Asana which is really nice, but for someone new to using it then it can be overwhelming.

Project planning timelines have helped to make sure projects are realistically planned out.

Asana’s many options can be overwhelming to new users. Start with the basic project information you need to show, and then as you get used to it add in more of the details.
Calendar view keeps me on task
What do you like best about the product?
There are Five things that I love about Asana:
1) The calendar view that displays tasks on a calendar
2) The ability to create recurring tasks (daily, weekly, monthly, on nth day, etc.)
3) The integration with other platforms (i.e. Toggl, GMail, Instagantt, Zapier)
4) The ability for tasks to be part of a project or without a project.
5) The ability to add tags to projects

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Asana has made me more productive and more organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a consultant, I have to stay organized, and Asana helps me do so without much extra effort. By creating recurring tasks, I'm able to monitor what's been done daily. I'm also able to integrate with my time tracking tool for a much more seamless and accurate view of billable hours. This makes life easier when it's time to send invoices.
Among Best project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Among numerous project management softwares i choose Asana because it combines elements of project management,file storage and collaboration and above all helps to manage projects across a team without emailing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent had experience with other project management software but what i know is that Asana gets the work done without faults
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana i can easily configure my tasks in the calendar and organize my task into projects for timelines within our organisation

Great Project Management Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
This is my favorite project management tool for the price. It allows you to create different projects and you can even invite others to either join your team and have access to all projects or clients can have access to their project only. It streamlines communication and helps conversations stay on topic, too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to personalize each project a little more (use different backgrounds to differentiate) and have files organized by project instead of a long list of all files. I would also like to see files organized by project instead of a long list of files from all projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program helps keep clients' projects organized and makes sharing progress a breeze!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana has a few options and price points. In order to add team members, you will need to pay a monthly fee. I currently pay $37.50 for 5 seats in my organization, which can be used by team members or clients. The price will be going up by Sept 5 for all new accounts or upgrades.
Good Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like checking off things on my list and getting an emote response from the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the assigning process - difficult to duplicate a task to others. Also it is quite difficult to resize the screen if I decide to split screen Asana with another program on my monitor. Also text size of the PC app is impossible to make larger so I have to use the web version which takes a while to load every day. Would prefer more options for personalization on the PC version of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to better track the things we need to accomplish that are "big" items. It's also nice to see my colleagues' projects and tasks so I know what they're doing and if I can ask them to do something related to both our jobs and projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product works well for people looking to manage projects and don't want to have a physical planner handy at all times to refer back to. I would recommend Asana for any size company.
