Easy Organization
What do you like best about the product?
That it’s not overly complicated yet it’s robust if you need a high level of detailed organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if my tasks are due the day before or are late it shoots them down to the bottom rather than keeping them up top for urgency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting and memorializing all projects and conversations regarding client work. Staying on track.
Best Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana have saperate projects options. Tasks options. You can assign different task to different developer, i have deal more than 30 clients /projects at a time and i have assigned about 7-8 projects to one person but there is no confusion or conflict, each project is handling it well. Asana makes my life very easier. Thank you Asana team
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually i don't like any of function in asana. All functions are very good to go. Like assign task to team mate, can set delivery. I can also upload files by dragging to chat. But one thing if asana can open any document like slack does. It will be more better

I have very big issues related to my projects. When i was not using asana. I mixed up things and things are not in proper order so when i started to use asana.every project details, discussion is saperated and easy to deal

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use, especially for the older generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have both the app on my phone and the website and when I manually complete something online the notification doesn’t go away on my app unless I open it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly my company is really behind technologically and Asana helps us come into the 21st century a little bit with our task management.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana keeps our team on the same page. I can see the progress and status of everyone's work, and it's so satisfying to mark a task as done!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike - it's very helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes our team more efficient. Transparency into all of the projects makes it easy to see where we are and what needs to get done without having to ask anyone. It is a time saver.
Best Project Management Tool & To-Do List
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a big to-do "lister" and I just love Asana. I like that you can use it as a basic to-do list, or you can use it to help plan out projects. I also really appreciate the recurring tasks, as I have tasks I need to do weekly so it's helpful to just set those to recur. I love the random unicorns you get for completing tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
They got rid of the ability to automatically sort by due date, which I find really annoying. I have to re-sort every time I log in. I also don't love that with recurring tasks, if you are late to complete it, it pushes it back to X amount of days after you complete the task, not after the task was due. Sometimes I'm late with tasks, and say I want the task to recur every 15 days, I don't want it to be 15 days after it was late to be completed. I'd like a workaround with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It just helps organize my life and plan out big projects. I have my tasks assigned for major projects through August 2020 (it's September 2019).
Love this product
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can make a to-do list in asana and I love the satisfaction of ticking off the items on my list as I finish them. I also love how easy it is to use and how I can communicate and tag other people in it so that they can see tasks that I assign to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am happy with the product, there is nothing I would change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving communication issues. We have a few people in the company that work remotely and this software has helped us all stay on the same page when trying to finish products and to stay organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything the home office wants us to do can be added there. Items can be checked off when done, and we are accountable for the work assigned to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i forget to check off my tasks, and so it shows late, even though ive done it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my weekly and monthly tasks together and check off option is great. I know what I need to do and when its due.
Asana Optimal Project Management Software for Any Team
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Asana helps improve collaborations between my boss and I. It is a great project management software that keeps us on task and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have nothing bad to say about Asana, though I have noticed some glitches with subtasks in the pass and automation re-appearing though you mark them as "complete". I submitted a report to Asana and they let me now they're working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small team with big campaigns to offer clients. As a result, we need a project management software that can handle the load. Asana does this to a tee!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is the best project management tool I've used in my career experiences. I've tried others like Flow, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. Asana does the job best for me.
