Great Tool For Making Sure Nothing Falls Off The Radar
What do you like best about the product?
The feature that I find most helpful from Asana is the daily to-do list roundup emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app (for iPad anyways) is a little wonky when it comes to showing notifications. For example, it will show 40+ notifications and then when I go into the app there is only 1 at most (sometimes none).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A few of the clients that I work with use Asana for making sure that tasks are completed on time and don't fall under the radar.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is a great tool for companies who have a lot of things that need to be done or find themselves forgetting about tasks.
Organized and fun interface
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana makes a to-do list for you, listing the tasks that are assigned to you and when the due date is. I love the fun interface--and the rainbow unicorn that flies across the screen. It's a great visual representation of how I feel when I complete a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I dislike is the file upload limit. I design emails in photoshop and we upload the psd to the production task for it to be programmed by our CRM team. I have to rasterize the images in the file before uploading in order to make it as small as possible to upload. Also, sometimes I get email notifications for tasks or people replying to tasks that I follow and sometimes I don't. I would like a bit more consistency with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for email design. We have a big office and big teams. Everyone that I collaborate with is in a different area. All areas of email design have a separate subtask--one for merchandising, copy, design, production, testing, etc. It is an easy and fast way to collaborate with different team members without having to email back and forth or talk on the phone.

Highly recommend for anyone who wants to have an organized system for task management and communication.
Asana makes my life easy
What do you like best about the product?
Project management was never that much convenient before this useful application as it lessens the burden of daily workflow and also helps in maintaining each and every aspect of the work. Moreover, this application allows me to even pinpoint some issues that cannot be seen while working and also it further helps in a decent way of making effective decisions. Apart from this now I can easily cope up with my meeting deadlines according to my work plans. Making work more organized and also to make it burden less is my favorite part in it. Also, I really like it’s graphical user interface that enables me to look into my projects without any issue or even I can make changes accordingly without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
In this certain product every feature is working fine and also each and every feature is quite significant in making workflow steadier. Moreover, managing dozens of documents was tough before it. So, from my point of view this product is amazing enough for me to work on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now am able to look into my ongoing projects and even I can look into the changes that are made by my teammates through it which ensures that every member is acknowledged with all the workflow. Additionally, the results outcomes are so much great that helps me to make effective and efficient reports on my results with no higher expertise. Lastly, I real admire it’s schedule making property that enables me to work collaboratively in an efficient way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Strongly recommended tool. The price of the product is quite useful and as well affordable for everybody whether they have smaller or larger company. All the features are well suited to each one of them.

Task Organizer
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me manage multiple tasks and I always receive notification for my daily tasks. It also has features to collaborate and share tasks with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it was quite confusing to use but as you go along using it, you will love it specialy when your tasks are filling up. Managing all your tasks under Asana is really awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to manage tasks and you can even put severity level or priorities with all the tasks. You don't have to remind your colleagues about their daily tasks because Asana will do it for you. Asana will send daily notifications specially for those that are due or overdue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You won't regret using Asana and it made work life easier. Say goodbye to your other organizer because Asana will do it for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly interface. Is really great for collaborations too.
What do you dislike about the product?
They moved the conversations tab and now it's an extra click away. It is nit picking I know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple team members jumping in and out of projects with ease. Things are not falling through the cracks like they used to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Move the conversation bar in projects back into the main tab so that I dont have to click another button to get there. Time is money!
a simple yet powerful Todo list
What do you like best about the product?
Its simplicity and easy to use. Yet you can do many things with it. It has many keyboard shortcuts that makes things faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have a template for kanban or scrum. Maybe it is product differentiation from Jira or Trello.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to assign task, measure progress and keep tracks of everything.
The best project management tool I've used
What do you like best about the product?
The free version is incredibly effective - which is extremely rare. The platform is intuitive and user friendly, and it's easy to get new users acclimated onto it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no features I dislike - the only obvious one being that I wish it was all free!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this to create project templates and we can "clone" projects to ensure all prior steps were followed during the project. This ensures consistency and that no steps were missed.
Project Management for Dummies
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things that I like about Asana. The number one thing would be the ease of use. My entire team is able to manage tasks within one system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana doesn't integrate well with other tools like Salesforce, slack etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana to solve any in-flight and post-flight client issues. The biggest benefits are being able to have a large team working on the same tasks without much confusion.
