Great platform for team work and organization
What do you like best about the product?
It helps keep track of your tasks, and be in sync with your teams tasks as well

I dont really like having tu update the status of the tasks, but it is necesary to keep organized

Necessary task and project management
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to upload a csv with all my tasks including dates. I really love the calendar view. It gives me a monthly snapshot of upcoming tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The updated grid form. I believe this is a very recent update.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about asana is the multiple teams that you can have for a corporation and how those teams can be integrated together. I also love the integration with Jot form. This allows all of our jot form requests to be turned into asana tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike all the notifications at times. When you are added to a project you tend to get a lot of notifications even if the work doesn't apply to you. The search function can also be better. There are times when I want to look for a task and I type in the name of the task but I cannot find the task, After some more digging I end up finding the task that I needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving cross team efficiency with asana. Because we have so many teams it allows us to see everyones tasks and we can be added as a follower if it contains our department.

Make sure that the layout and the system works well for you. This product works great for us and I pray it works amazing for you!
Asana is essential for project management success
What do you like best about the product?
Helps keep track of project tasks, set due dates for tasks & get things done on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates can be too frequent at times but this isn't a serious issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is the best product we've found for managing our clients' campaigns & I believe it's a critical component of managing our clients' and our own success. Without a solid project management tool like Asana, keeping track of budgets and tasks & getting things done on time can become unmanageable long before it will when you have a tool like this put to use.

As someone who used to manage a team of creatives, Asana is a godsend. Great to keep track of various projects and deadlines.

Sometimes the interface is hard to visually organize

Great to organize people's workload and deadlines. Everyone knows what they could be working on at all times.

I like the easy to use interface and user design. Really makes collaborating clean and easy

There could be better functionality when it comes to creating charts and graphs.

We use Asana as a project management tool and to keep notes/change logs.
Project and Task Management Simplified
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the first program I've used for project and task management that I actually have enjoyed using. Their most recent update has added many features that I've found myself questioning how I was able to manage my responsibilities without. Stop using calendar, stop using pen & paper, start using Asana.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features of Asana that I haven't even started scratching the surface of. Asana does a great job of educating users about new features and showing walkthroughs, but I still feel like there is more I can utilize this for (which ultimately is a good thing). I do wish that I could start using certain features without upgrading to judge if I would fully utilize the features. Just a taste is all that I would need to be able to determine if upgrading my plan would be worthwhile. Just like having started using Asana, it's hard to know the benefits before you're atually utilizing the tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest benefits of Asana is the team integration and follow-up reminders. I'm able to monitor and track assignments across all of my team members and are able to crack-down on past-due tasks. I'm discovering new uses for Asana every day! We've been able to more accurately track the time it's taken to complete certain projects and assignments and use that information to give more accurate turnaround times to our clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend committing to trying Asana. With any tasking tool, you need to commit to using it. You'll be amazed at how on-top of things you'll be.
