Great project management platform !
What do you like best about the product?
The layout and induced workflow of Asana works best for our team
What do you dislike about the product?
Clicking on tasks to open the details often triggers its title modification
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing projects is now way easier than before, and as a growing team, it was more than necessary to be able to delegate tasks as well as being able to interact with their owners within the platform through comments. Also, being able to have parent task owners and different sub task owners is a great feature
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to read the documentation or tutorials to implement it to your workflow as good as possible. It is easy to get carried out by its workflow and use it uneffectively

Team collaboration tool; able to manage workflow; flexible, fast, and modern design; free version available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Do not dislike any specific aspect of it. Not ideal for graphics-intensive work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
collaboration tool that helps teams manage all kinds of tasks, including on-boarding.
Asana is AWESOME! I love how organized it is!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized Asana is! It keeps me on track and helps me stay organized! I also love the color coding and easily ability to share tasks and comments. I also love that you can add subtasks when needed for different tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything I dislike. The ease of using Asana, along with the organization is perfect! Maybe an option to 'hide' some tasks that are far out in the future, so that scrolling down 'my tasks' list isn't so long and overwhelming?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing projects and tasks. I use Asana daily for both work and personal tasks. It helps me keep track of my daily work responsibilities, with due dates and the ability to look ahead. I love how it frees up my mind space to focus only on the tasks I need to complete 'today' or 'this week', so I'm not worrying about tasks that are coming up in the future.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It makes checking off all of those pesky tasks fun! A lot of our clients struggle with getting and staying organized. I love how easy it is to schedule tasks and share them with our team. Being able to separate different projects and work areas really helps us to be able to keep everything organized and on-time withthing the business.
Asana for Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana daily and I love the celebrations and how simple it is to complete tasks and keep track of everything in one place. You can organize everything into various teams, etc, which I find beneficial as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the layout/format. I find it can be overwhelming and look messy, but I do like the celebration graphics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting tasks organized and complete between teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend not getting too involved with it because then it looks messy.
Complete project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very easy to manage and allowed us to better manage our projects and mainly the tasks of each collaborator. Project templates are very useful to start a project quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
being able to group projects by client would be more useful in our case than we use it in a marketing agency. This way we would have divisions between clients. that functionality we would like it to be added

the impact of asana on our agency has been in time and in task management. Now we know what tasks they have coming soon, and what tasks each collaborator is doing. Previously we had to do together to know each one of the tasks that each one has
Quick, User friendly project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create and assign tasks to colleagues as well as give a deadline to complete task. Asana sends reminder emails so you don’t have to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer a template to create a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a great tool to organize a team around specific tasks for multiple events and projects.
Awesome Task Manager + Communication platform
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to track my team's progress, and I love clicking the " complete" task button! For some reason, the animations make it so much better and make me feel accomplished.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever I change a task , I would love it if it would notify the person, instead of me having to tag them and letting them know of the changes I made.

Able to easily asign tasks, within seconds.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to learn and navigate. The tracking tools help out a lot! tells me what has been done, what has not, as well as overdue tasks= which helps prioritize!
Very intuitive with ever-improving features.
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple tool for tracking tasks thru the project cycle. I can customize how I want to manage my projects, assign tasks and sub tasks and track hours in one easy-to-use interface. And of course I love the cute animations when a task is completed.

I’d like to be able to move a sub task to be a regular task and cannot,

Merging duplicate tasks seems to lose data on on or the other, I feel like that can be fleshed out more.
One of the major benefits is easy of use. We use it to keep our clients engaged in reviews — and they can pick it up quickly. I love how easy the mobile version is to use. Very handy when I’m on the move away from my desk.

No Sync with calendar like it Doesn’t know when I’m available or not.

This is a great tool to use when you're managing a number of projects, ideas or clients. I'd recommend it to people.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout was not initially intuitive to me, but I also think that it takes time to understand the platform generally when you start out. Now, it's easy for me to navigate where things are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding the time clock if it's not connected to Harvest takes an extra process - so it's important to note that the drop down for "add to project" is actually helping you to add the time clock by adding the tag for the project.
