What do you like best about the product?
That it allows you to set priorities and deadlines. This helps to make your work organized. It helps to keep everyone's goals aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
There truly wasn't any aspect that I disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting deadlines. This is a major problem that I have been able to solve.
Asana is a great tool for creative teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana allows us to schedule specific task within projects, find what is past due and create dependencies on others. I like that how you can sort through your inbox for what you have been tagged on versus every part of a conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much! Sometimes it's not as user friendly as I think it could be and communication can easily get lost in sub-tasks if you aren't careful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved losing tasks between our team when if moves from content to design or if there are edits. We also know what is expected of us and exactly when it is expected so we are able to hold ourselves and other accountable to timelines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you juggle lots of different types of projects and a large work load then I would 100% recommend using this, especially if you have a medium sized team that is dependent on each other to start a domino effect.
Easy, Breezy, and Beautiful!
What do you like best about the product?
This software is so simple to use They train you to use it so quickly and thoroughly. It also is beautiful, with many colors and themes to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike, to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep all of our tasks in Asana, from personal development to team tasks. It is quick to update my team.
My team wouldn't know what to do without it!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the BEST! Keeps us organized and on track. It's so great to be able to see what my team is working on with the click of a button, and be able to easily assign new tasks and projects before I forget.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to break projects into to-dos with dates and measurable to make sure everything is on track.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try it! It's such a game changer, you will NOT regret it! The free version does everything that I need too, so it's a great place to start to get familiar with the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of being able to collaborate with my team when we are all in different areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more tutorials, but overall I love everything about Asana!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can create boards and tasks that can be completely customizable based upon each employee's needs and how it is easy to distinguish what other people within your department are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how once something is completed, there is not column organization for completed tasks. You physically have to move your completed tasks over
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My department is solving our problem of organization with events and tasks since we have a high volume of work and email requests that come through. It provides organization and the ability for each member to see what is on the other's plates at the moment.
Seamless Transitions
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use Asana on all of my devices and they update in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major dislikes of Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer do I have the excuse for not remembering something because I can easily write it down on any of the devices that I have (iPhone, iPad, iMac).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using this for several weeks to get the hang of the app. Don't make your judgment based on one-time usage.
Great Organizational Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create boards and not just general notes- it helps a lot with managing my staff's projects and responsibilities. It has also eliminated my staff's need to take paper notes and is so eco-friendly! My staff have all had positive feedback as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
No concerns- it does exactly what I need! It's simple to use, it's easy to learn, I've had no problems implementing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me track staff projects, progress, and what I have assigned to who. Eliminates the need for piles of sticky notes all over my computer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a simple, straightforward project management software, I highly recommend this software! Great free version that is fully usable.
The best project management system hands down
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to accurately and easily organize my to-dos and see how my work impacts and is impacted by the rest of my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of time to train new employees on Asana, simply because there are so many tricks and tips and ways to use the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better tracking of projects and what needs to get done before we can move on to the next stage.

It's so easy to work on a team with this software that I enjoy work now

I think it's a little cluttered in terms of how different things are organized and topics are divided
