Project management simplified
What do you like best about the product?
The board creation is extremely simple they give you templates that help you mirror your workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the automation limitations upon task completion ona project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps our team collaborate and keep all our ideas and content in one place. It also helps us manage the completion of projects that get started by keeping it organized .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is great to keep projects on track as far as milestones and task conpletion.

I like but don't love Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it was easy to adopt. My team is not very techy so I was hesitant to use Asana to manage our projects. However, they caught on quick and easy and loved it!
What do you dislike about the product?
As we kept growing as a company, we began needing features that Asana did not have. Features such as quick-linked video accounts or timers for tasks were missing.

Help organizing our projects across multiple departments in our organization.
Ok tool for teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface of it, I think is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't personally like this tool, I found it a bit uncomfortable to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed the team to have the information centralized in one place.

It's an option for centralizing and managing the team and checking the stats as per the assigned tasks.

Improper listing of overlapping projects

Tasks tracking and reminders. Timely follow ups. Project management. No financial benefits. Produtivity increases as tasks are completed and followed up.

Asana is great to keep myself organized, but it's sometimes cluttered/chaotic.
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to click on "My Tasks" to see what I need to prioritize based on deadlines, including projects from multiple workstreams. This makes it easy to stay on top of my work and ensure I am getting things done promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like when I have random people in my organization assigning me tasks in Asana without any context or explanation... like I think there should be an option to either reject tasks or ask for additional information before they are automatically put into your task list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we are solving is keeping medium- and longer-term projects organized in a single location, particularly when they involve multiple people or multiple departments. Being able to lay out timelines is also really helpful in tracking progress. We've also found that Asana can be useful for things we may have previously done in an Excel spreadsheet, like creating our annual budget.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For this to be a good investment, you need to make sure that your *whole team* is invested/committed to learning & using Asana. I've found that when some people blow it off or ignore Asana, it makes the product less useful to the rest of the team because it doesn't contain the most current or up-to-date information. In this case, Asana becomes more of a time suck than a time saver.

The ease of use - you can easily add new tasks, share them & add a specific date to them

When you tick finish on a task completed its hard to find it afterwards

Perfect work and project management tool with fantastic service and some limitations
What do you like best about the product?
Basically, it provides us with many amazing features. But especially, I like its integration with important and widely used applications such as Tableau, Office 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, etc. The dashboard is highly customized and attractive, It is loaded with powerful features to manage the workflow in a series of steps. Also, here we can set up the projects and reports by creating tasks, sub-tasks, and alerts. Apart from that, we can manage the teammates by tracking their activity and the progress in the projects with the exact history of the changes/edits made altogether.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the features are fantastic and mindblowing but the search option is not in ease of use and robust as other features. It needs a better algorithm to provide good search criteria and can read the keywords better. Although, I love this tool.

Our organization worked over various tools for managing the data and workflow. But, Asna proved the best among all other tools. By using this tool, now we can efficiently manage the projects, reports, deadlines, and progresses. Overall, the productivity and the records can be managed very easily using this tool and it helps with proficiency. the technical support team is good and repossive.
A digital tool for workflow and project management with easy collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The feature I love most is that we can customize the tool according to the needs of the user. The alerts and notifications can be customized s well to remind us of the tasks, deadlines, and important works related to the project. The creation of tasks and assigning them to any teammate is quite easy as it allows them to operate this platform from any platform whether it is a web version or mobile version. Also, it integrates with the other tools as well to make it more impactful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever you have lots of projects at the same time, it is very difficult to navigate them altogether. The management of notification, in this case, is very irritating as there is no priority-based system available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically, this platform is used for keeping everyone in and out of the team. Especially, about the past and ongoing projects, it allows about the current progress, tasks/sub-tasks, or even updates about the integration or collaboration.

i wish we could export different column types on a project or task without having to export all the data on the board.
