Great for Organized Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to share to-do lists on Asana with your counterparts and co workers is a great way for everyone to stay organized on the task at hand. Its great for even just a line of sight, giving your supervisor insight into what needs to get done and what has already been done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to run into a reason to dislike Asana. I'd say my only thing is getting used to the UI/UX of the platform, but that comes with any new website. Once you are acclimated (which is not hard to do), the platform becomes very easy to navigate.

Sharing across projects and teams a list of things to do and a list of things that are already done. the due date feature keeps everyone organized and on top of deadlines.

BEST Task Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to completely customize checklists, assign them to team members, assign due dates and duplicate projects. It's seamless, easy to use and aesthetically pleasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say is there is a way to incorporate a "chat" system within asana, that would be helpful. I love a very simple display, so that would be helpful to continue to simply the look and display.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wish that the free version allowed you to see your completed tasks easier. Otherwise, I love that we can all see what is LEFT to do on a project.
Easy to Use Project Management System

There are so many different features and functionalities within Asana, sometimes it's confusing how to effectively use them all.

Cross-functional partnerships and working towards a deadline and getting visibility into what everyone is working on to make it happen.

Keep Track of Tasks without the hassle
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps my team and I keep track of marketing projects and view how individual tasks play into the overall goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the user interface was a little more organized, and even less cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well for one, I don't have to use paper to keep track of my notes and daily tasks. It's easy to set timelines and due date of larger tasks by segmenting them into smaller, daily tasks to see progress on an overall goal.
Asana is super easy to use and manage a team.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can tag my colleagues and manage projects all in asana without using email.

There is a bit of a learning curve if you’re not used to these types of platforms. But once you learn it’s really easy to continue.

Tracking the status of projects easily and seeing who’s the owner of what project
Love this software so much!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of viewing my tasks and all current tasks. Using the project boards similarly to "Trello" helps to visualize ongoing projects across the department. Super easy to assign tasks to others and keep all data in one consolidated location.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have a been a few bugs here and there. Plus the site will occasionally go down (more than other softwares I have used) which kinda throws off the department work flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits: having everything in one consolidated location for each person as well as various tasks across the department.
The Platform I Rely on Most
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a project management tool that I use everyday. The auto-generated to-do list keeps my team on track. All project details are contained in one place. It's easy to see updates, share files, and have a conversation. Asana makes it easy to stay organized and also report productivity to other departments. I even brought it with me to a new company when I changed jobs and it revolutionized their workflow & process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The typical pay-per-member-per-month gets expensive quickly. I've been reluctant to add on some part or freelance employees due to cost which is a detriment to my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workload distribution can be tracked, productivity monitored, and project assets organized. You can even connect it to outlook. This solves crazy email chains and misplaced assets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd highly recommend trying Asana. The organization will be helpful for managers, users, and even sharing with other departments or administration.
