Took a while to get used to but it's our go-to platform now

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to tag users within projects, tasks, or conversations to loop them in without having to run multiple conversations on the same topic; alignment of our conversations and updates within one central location; integration with other tools we use (google docs, gmail, hubspot, otter.ai)
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a constant source of frustration that we can't copy one section of tasks from one project to another, and we can't pull in a templated section into a project or new template - we always have to start from the full template and then delete a large number of tasks that don't fit the project. It was a fairly steep learning curve to figure out how best to use Asana and I think we're still scratching the surface. Adoption across outside teams and with clients has always been a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our internal teams, client teams, and outside collaborators aligned in one central location; keeping us (to some extent) out of our individual/silo'd inboxes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the collaboration with teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I began using Asana this week. It seems a little overwhelming at this point, but I'm sure I will adjust once I get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is already streamlining my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very easy to get started with. You can even navigate through them by just looking at the interface. We're using it to track progress of tasks and projects.

I personally like that I can connect it with Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if it's a bug but it seem that when I click on an Asana link on my outlook, it opens 2 Asana windows.
Apart from that, I'm good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity Tracking. Keeping updates on what was done on task is very important especially if you're not the one who created the task.

Learning curve to get started - but we have staff who know it well. Bringing non-technical staff on board.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple, they have an academy for you to learn anything you might need, it connects with several platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that intuitive. Can't assign a task to several people at the same time, not that pretty, and automations are not that good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep all the work in one place for the whole team for all clients. We work on various areas of work for each client, and they're all managed through Asana.

Asana is helping us to streamline our on/offboarding, helping us day to day with tasks and team management as we have had some turnover it is a great place of reference as a support

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility in using it however you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Kanban functionality could be much more powerful and more flexible. Today it is a bit cramped when there are a lot of cards on the board, with very limited options to change the display of the cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency across teams and helping people focus on the highest priority work.
