Upgrading your workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Prioritize my workflow for the day, week adn month. I love how an entire project workflow may be created and utilized within multiple departments to ensure project collaboration happens seamlessly. Notifying Team members of their tasks that are ready and easy communication about the steps within one platform. Easy to use alongside my calendar for appointments.Enjoyable checking of tasks through out the day and easy to use multiple times through the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subtasks blend into the descritpion area making it easy to miss steps. Being able to complete tasks while subtasks have not been fully completed can cause steps to be missed too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taskflow management to create an established workflow for new employees. Steamline processes that are not frequent but same tasks everytime. Helps with workflow and scheduling to ease missing reminders that are needed Weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.
Some of the UI can be confusing, however, it's overall really convenient to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very basic task manager tool. Nothing to like "best" about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very hard to optimimally stay organized. Requires a lot of work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's just simply a list of tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping everyone on the same page without bugging them too much.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has so many features that you'll likely be shutting off some existing SaaS providers and those changes always provoke negative reactions from people who are resistant to change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do lots of events and there are tons of dependencies that vary from one to the next. Asana keeps that workflow smooth.
Great standard program for project management
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool for keeping projects and plans organized. The platform is clean, easy to navigate, and offers a great balance between structure and flexibility. It makes it easier to stay on top of everything, whether managing complex large projects or simply creating an agenda for a meeting. I started using it for work and enjoy it enough that I am going to start using for personal use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The addition of AI feature have potential to improve. Though they can be helpful, offering suggestions and helping automate some workflows, I do wish the AI was a bit more intuitive in understanding project context and making even smarter recommendations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm on a small team that is juggling many complex programs, and keeping track of progress can easily become overwhelming. Asana solves this problem by providing a clear, centralized platform where every project, task, and deadline is organized and visible
Easy to Learn, Has Helped Our Business Flourish
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is so easy to view, learn, and create within. It’s very organized and seems to know the exact right places to keep things simple. Our team easily onboards onto it and it’s helped us engage in so many profitable projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just a few small features could be updated I would love to be able to assign one task to multiple people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is so streamlined with asana, we have multiple teams and it really helps keep everything going.
Easy to keep projects on schedule with a team
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very easy to assign tasks and communicate updates. I appreciate the due date reminders as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that I can't mark it complete on my side as the assignee and so I have to have it sit overdue until my assigner marks it.

Sometimes can get confusing and too many step get involved

Allowing us to track the status of each task we have to accomplish within a week, a month and so on.
Great Organization Software!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great tool to keep yourself organized. It allows you to not only track and remind yourself of your own tasks and goals. It can help you delegate tasks, create separate projects and subtasks and allow for you and your team to work flawlessly with direct communication all in one convenient spot! I use this as my To-Do list every day. It is very simple to follow and set up. All it takes is a bit of exploring and you are all set! I am very happy with all of the options to utilize on both your desktop, Google suite and your phone! Asana is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a down side as of yet. Though, I do wish there were further options/utilization features for the Google Chrome extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is allowing me to better manage my workload and the workload/delegation to my colleagues.
More useful than Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Tasks can be associated with multiple projects / boards, so less chance of duplicating effort and things living in multiple places. Automation seems a lot more fully fledged compared to Monday com.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit busy - navigating into and out of nested / sub tasks is a bit clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team task management and workload visibility. Workflow of content management for a Comms team.

I am new so I haven't used it a whole lot but, seems great.
