What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have separate teams and projects
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a bit more flexibility when it came to the number of seats I have to pay for. Maybe make it a pay-per-user system instead of having to choose a fixed number of seats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure all of our tasks get done on time
My Brief Asana Interaction
What do you like best about the product?
Tried Asana briefly. Clean interface, easy to pick up, and great for task visibility. Templates are solid and the timeline view is a win. That said, It can feel a little feature-heavy out of the gate, and notifications get noisy fast if you're not intentional. Some integrations I’d want more depth on, especially for scaling ops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Promising first impression, but I'd need more time to see if it can handle complex workflows without becoming another thing to manage.

What Asana Solves (and How It Helps Me)
Scattered tasks → Everything’s in one place. I’m not chasing info across Slack, email, or sticky notes.
Lack of ownership → Clear assignees and deadlines. Less micromanaging, more accountability.
Inconsistent execution → Templates keep projects repeatable and tight.
No visibility → I can see what’s on track, what’s blocked, and where to shift resources—fast.

Project Manager Review on Asana
What do you like best about the product?
As a Project Manager, I've used a number of platforms to keep teams aligned and work moving forward, but Asana stands out as one of the most intuitive and effective tools I've worked with. What I love the most about Asana is how easy it is to visualize workflows, assign tasks, and track progress across multiple projects. Asana gives me the flexibility to build timelines, set dependencies, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. The customization options are excellent, from list views to calendar timelines, it can adapt to each individual's preferred view. The built in integrations with our other products are amazing too, being able to integrate Asana with Slack, Gmail, HubSpot, and the other tools we use has been incredible helpful from a project management perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Asana is a great tool, there is a learning curve for new users. Additionally, just like many other products, there are limitations on each payment tier which can be frustrating. The support from Asana is not the best, typically it has been very slow when I have put in a request. There is also not an offline mode which is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana streamlines collaboration by providing a centralized platform where teams can clearly see what needs to be done, who's responsible, and when it's due. It can help eliminate confusion around task ownership, educes email overload, and keeps everyone aligned with real-time updates, timelines and priorities. Asana helps teams stay organized, hit deadlines, and communicate more effectively by turning scattered to do lists into actionable and trackable plans.
Really Good
What do you like best about the product?
It is an user-friendly app. I love how easy it is to organize tasks, set deadlines, and assign responsibilities within a team. The multiple views—like List, Board, and Calendar—make it adaptable to different workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications can pile up quickly. The mobile version isn’t as functional as the desktop app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings everything into one place, making it easy to track progress, and collaborate with teammates in real time.
It's a great tool getting better and newer features.
What do you like best about the product?
Keep on all project related materials and conversations in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm interested in more AI and some other weird features about moving thins in mass etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I still have a hard time getting colleagues to fully buy in and keep the work in asama

Efficient and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to DevOps, I had users actually reporting that they liked Asana more. The interface is easy to use and the portfolio view from the Advanced license is very useful for managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The management of licenses and multiple divisions could be better, especially if different divisions have different licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping keep workers accountable for the work they are doing, and posting progress updates, reducing the time needed for meetings.
