So many ways to organize

What do you like best about the product?
That is it so customizable. You can create a system that works perfectly for the work you do. I like how it integrates with so many different outside platforms as well. Lots of good training modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is fairly intuitive, it can be overwhelming at first. Not really a fault of the program so much as just a fact of onboarding a new software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So much easier to maintain a marketing calendar and let my org know all the steps that go into creating content.

Handy tool for reminders and to dos

What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy to access to-do list that provides me with reminders and reinforcements to get my tasks done
What do you dislike about the product?
The screen it opens on to is not usually my personal to-do list. Email reminders can be too frequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my boss and coworkers to assign tasks that are compiled and easy to access, cutting down on emails and meetings

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana integrates with many other programs, such as Slack, to keep me on top of my weekly priorities. Our company uses Asana for personal task management and also customer project management. It has been widely adopted here and I can see why. It's smooth, easy once you learn it, and there are so many use cases for it. Great way to add visibility for collaborating teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was skeptical when I first joined my new company and found that they used Asana for many things, including onboarding and task management. I am usually a pen and paper girl. It was a bit overwhelming at first, because it has so many capabilities and is a robust tool for something that seems simple. However, I quickly saw the value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana insures that I have a full understanding of what I'm working on and what my teammates are doing as well. It helps with collaborating on a project, such as a client proof of concept or a new employee onboarding. It allows multiple people to work on the same thing and is also a great way to keep track of my weekly priorities. I have since ditched the pen and paper lists.

It's a very organized software to where you can track everything

I wish the notifications for email and in app were less busy.

Solving the problem of us using other softwares or programs to track task statuses

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assign teams to a project, assign tasks to individual teammates, and track the status of the tasks and overall project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar view is clunky and does not display subtasks properly which we use a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of project timelines, internal due dates, and team collaboration. It helps us to stay organized with tasks both big and small and ensures that I am not forgetting a critical piece of a project that lies within the critical path of the timeline.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Asana is its flexibility in creating multiple custom tasks tailored to the specific needs of each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface feels cluttered and lacks visual refinement. A more polished, modern design would greatly enhance the overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I deal with multiple clients, and Asana helps me organize their queries and update related tasks seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easy to use and follow. It's a very dependable product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot of customization you can use organization wide with task list views, etc. & the dashboarding features could use an overhaul.

Task tracking, collaboration, and overall strategic planning

Really nice without complications

What do you like best about the product?
It's a nice place to start really fast with project management.
It's views and set ups makes it easy to organize and keep track of everything. Visually appealings, making it a nice place to be frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you need to work on really complex and diverse projects, it's definitions make it a little difficult to personalize and have to find ways to work around what I thought I needed to get somewhere close, whiting Asana's range.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it easy to get accountability from everyone in my team. We didn't have a visual and collaborative way to manage tasks and responsibilities and now, it's everyday's life to be on track of dates, details and people involved.

What do you like best about the product?
The project management side of Asana is very nice to use. I like you can submit a form that becomes a task in Asana, it is good when requesting projects from other teams and tracking projects. I use multiple times a week!
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar feature could use some updating, it is sometimes a bit clunky to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps manage reviews of big projects. Often it's hard to track what we've gotten approved and what we haven't, but with Asana, tracking is easy!

I really like Asana's modern interface and how easy to use. Love those existing templates

would love Asana to have more integration with other tools, can be easy to integrate and want more flexible with Asana data API
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use Asana to triage and prioritize projects, then use jira to manage our epic/ sprints once the projects got prioritized
