Game changer for organization
What do you like best about the product?
Super intuitive to work with, can share tasks with others, multiple viewing options

You can quickly lose track of tasks if you don't tag it properly

Thanks to the admin console you can keep a closer eye on team members/guests and see what they are up to.

I use it in Many ways - projects, goal tracking, keep track of courses I have accumulated

Since I have been using it, I haven't found anything I need that it doesn't have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am more organized and know what I should be doing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a course. It isn't that hard, but it is really easy to use if someone helps you that is in your niche

I love having the ability to organize my ideas and plans in one place and then create all of the tasks and dependencies to see it fulfilled. It is also a great place to collaborate.

Asana is very powerful, but comes at a cost when you want to include a big team.

It helps me be organized and looking back periodically to see how far we've come and all that we've accomplished.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try out the free plan and see all of the features included there and everything that can be done with it. As with any tool, it will only help you if the team is forced to work with it. If it isn't implemented correctly it will only become a bother.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana does a good job at project management. You can easily set rules and reoccurring tasks

while its great for big group projects, it doesnt work great for tax teams

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana works excellent for accounting services but not for a tax team. I think that Asana is a great workflow system for businesses, just not accounting firms. While Asana is a great program, the accounting niche just isn't meant for this software.
Biggest game changer for business
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to organize things into different projects or categories. It's so easy to put my notes or thoughts into something so that everything is in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a small thing, but I'd love more ability to color-code tasks by the type of task they are so I can do similar tasks for different projects at once. I kind of organize them that way in the My Task section already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay organized with even the smallest tasks. As soon as I think of something I need to do, I can make a task and schedule it out so that I don't have to just try to remember that when things get busy.
Asana makes life easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love Asana for bringing organization to our company. As SaaS company, it can be difficult to keep track of multiple clients, projects, and marketing campaigns. With Asana, we are able to do all of that and more. It has brought an immense amount of clarity to the team I manage, by allowing projects to be organized into our various teams. No longer are there questions about who is working on what, or uncertainty of whether a client received a deliverable. Instead, we are able to pinpoint exactly where in a project we are. Additionally, their reporting features keep executives and stakeholders informed. Their automation with Zapier allows for us to build workflows that speed along our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are two places I would like improved: reporting and ease of tasks to master projects. While reporting overall is great, we use Asana with tasks that don't always have due dates, so having track changes as a reporting metric would be super helpful! Along those lines, adding tasks or subtasks to other projects could be improved. I see the opportunity for Asana to develop a more CRM focused platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving ways to bring a team together to edit videos, and set up accounts. I have realized how interconnected Asana can be for bringing what was once clunky email service tickets to an automated creation platform.
Asana is everything it claims to be, and then some!

I love the flexibility of Asana: portfolios, projects, tasks, subtasks all work together to help us be more organized and accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Asana's goals functionality was a little more robust, and that progress on sub-goals would automatically roll up and show progress on larger goals.

Accountability within and across teams; visibility to projects and tasks needed to complete them, etc.
Make work fun, interactive, and visible
What do you like best about the product?
The UI of Asana feels easy, interactive, and fun. I love sharing this tool with coworkers because as soon as they see it, they fall in love. Then, the suite of data-driven tools truly keeps them hooked.
Between rules, reporting, and unlimited discoveries for tools and hacks within the software, Asana continues to innovate and improve. The tool not only packs the punch needed to get work done, but it's colorful, fun, and intuitive - making it even easier for new teams to acclimate and actually WANT to use the tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that their resourcing/workload too worked better to account for PTO/OOO. There are some manual processes to accomplish this, but it feels like a small change that would provide even better visibility to teams and coworkers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like to say that Asana can solve everything (lol). I've used it for work as a marketing team collaborator and project manager, as well as in my personal life to keep track of personal finances and home chores. In the work context, the biggest problem it solves is visibility and clarity. Projects now make sense and people know what's happening without a million clicks or hours investigating. This is then superpowered by how easy the tool is to both adopt and use daily. Between its integrations and the UI itself, making tasks, adjust projects, adding status updates, etc. is all so easy that it makes projects even stronger. People are inclined to use the tool due to this ease, and that just makes the projects more accurate with more information and readily available updates.
Efficient project management.
What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent application to manage tasks and projects, what I like the most is its user interface, it is easy to use, and I can carry out complete monitoring of the task, it allows me to visualize the status of the task or the project, I can add data and description to the task, deadline, I like that I can assign it individually or in a group, it has integration with Google, it is perfect for collaborative work and remotely, I can share comments and I like the notification system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to use, but customizing the software is a bit tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me to manage the tasks, to assign the work of each of the team members, we have improved communication within the company and the organization is practically flawless, I love that I can visualize the tasks, the automated software system It has reminders that allow you to keep up with tasks, I love the ability of this software to integrate with other applications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the best in its field, it improves organization and communication. I definitely recommend it.
