Asana is the project manager tool my company needed
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily organize the company with and move it towards the strategy and goals we need to accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to really know wellhow to structure things in Asana and all it's tools otherwise it will fall short.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us with organization and communication as well as accountability. I can track projects and accountability easily.
User friendly but some features are not the most intuitive

Features are not the most intuitive. Sometimes difficult to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management issues within the team.
I would rather recommend Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a nice platform visually speaking, full of features, and it fits good in the project management apps sector.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I found negative about this app, was the fact that despite the pretty user interface, it is not straightforward to work with, decreasing the usability speed and the convenience of software called to help you be more productive and organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana was supposed to be a tool our team might employ to be more productive, keep the workflow organized and manage the track of activities.
Good for small scale organizations
What do you like best about the product?
I like how good the software is at managing the workflow. Multiple projects can be handled with ease. All teams can manage the project, and the assigning tool and notification system to keep you updated with the project helps keeping track of all the frequent changes happening within the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that getting someone started with no experience with such software is not easy. It takes time to get used to the UI and navigate your items through multiple inputs made by other people and implementing it with new people and training them on this software takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my organization, all the projects are carried out using asana. Asana mainly helps us keep track of all changes happening to the product and keeps the employees in the loop with all the updates. Not only that, it helps us track employee work output and contribution.
Reasonable organization method for multiple tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to onboard, drag-and-drop is intuitive and simple, appreciate being able to view in different formats to best suit project.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit tricky to set up automations. Integrations can be clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to layout to-do list items and share with involved parties.

I like and use Asana because it is a simple and easy to use tool that provides an organised structure for tracking tasks, allowing me to track all my progress over several weeks and plan the next level of progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing negative I can mention about Asana, it gives us control of our daily activities and, above all, it is easy to use, customise and configure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Asana, I can manage tasks and projects easily and have more control over their management and step-by-step progression to the successful completion of the project.

Asana has a lot of great features that are helpful in managing projects. It also looks great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Adjusting to new features as an organization is a bit difficult though I think if you can assess best practices and get everyone on board I'm sure they would be helpful.

It's great when it comes to assigning tasks and keeping all project information consolidated in one place.
Fantastic all around
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many options. I felt like it gave me the flexibility to be specific, without it getting crowded by too much information. Also, it's extremely collobarative.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did decide to try Notion and I feel like I am able to create the workspace and workflow I need with Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with organization.
Good Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way you could organize tasks and collaborate with team members. Before discovering clickup, i thought it was the best platform that allowed the most flaxibility in customizing the user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit more expensive than the competition and the free plan kind of sucks, as it doesn't allow you to do much, unlike other project management tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not currently using Asana, but at the time I did use it, it definetely helped me organize my tasks, and keep me more productive and effective.
Powerful for team organisation but some restrictive elements
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share work across departments and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization can be difficult and tracking work out of boards can sometimes be a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of team capacity and goal reporting. Enabling open access to all projects.
