Asana Improves Efficiency and Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Asana is the ability to get a quick summary of a project in progress in an easy-to-read way.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is the challenge of collaborating with outside teams on the platform. If there was no additional cost, I would use it to project manage the entire workback schedule on every project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped me stay organized and break down larger pieces of a project into smaller, more manageable tasks. It's also been a terrific way to avoid email when corresponding with contractors and communicate with them directly on the platform about a specific task.
Easy way to organize tickets
What do you like best about the product?
IT's easy to assign and add a ticket, track that ticket, and make sure all steps are completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I've been able to find as of yet, otherwise I'd submit a ticket :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking projects from start to finish, able to tell who, if someone, dropped the ball and where and how we can improve efficiency.
Perfect Task/Project Management System
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is one of the finest and most well-organized programs I have seen. It helps me assign tasks to the team, handle it, set deadlines, set priorities, and many more things.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can not set the project as Private in the free plan. It has to be there due to security purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, most of the problems are solved with asana like task management, project collaboration, task tracking, and many more.
Simplest Project management software
What do you like best about the product?
1. Simple: Asana is easy to use and I didn't need to go through a lot of tutorials or courses to figure it out
2. Multi functional: I can have to-do lists, boards, docs, calendar, and a team in one place without having to ask my team to use multiple softwares.
3. Integration: I can integrate Asana with Slack and assign/create tasks directly from Slack, without having to log back into Asana.
4. Design: With the unicors and cartoon characters in Asana, it takes you out of the stressful do dod do environment and puts you in a fun, happy place.

The rules and goals seem ambiguous to me, I don't know how to make the most of them.

What do you like best about the product?
It is wonderful to be able to manage my client's projects more easily. There is no need for any other tool to keep track of my tasks, and also it's great when it comes to delegation
What do you dislike about the product?
They do not have an affiliate program. That is unfortunate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever my Graphic Design team makes some designs for my clients, I just have to go to Asana and download them. It doesn't matter when they were created. I can track my tasks and receive notifications when my team has questions or complete any tasks.
Aesthetically pleasing and intuitive way to streamline projects

The different views/formats of workflow and lists!

There are so many different ways to utilize it which can be a bit overwhelming/intimidating

It has been super helpful for all projects that require collaboration across many functional areas. It helps understand who is responsible for what!

Sometimes the templates are a bit more complicated than needed.

So many unneeded meetings are avoided now! Aids in meeting deadlines exponentially.

Asana allows us to manage a project properly and will create tickets, share comments, bug fixing, and many more...
What do you dislike about the product?
Compare to other tools features are fewer and the cost would be higher.

- Accountability will tack tasks which we have done and other comments too... and will download sheet as well which we have done

What do you like best about the product?
So much. A sampling of my favorite things: Ease of cross-team collaboration, keeping track of all tasks and when they're due, the flexibility of projects (e.g., I can use Asana projects to plan an event, prep for a meeting, or plan and track a complex project), and the intuitive and pretty design. I also love that I can prioritize daily/weekly tasks in My Tasks, and that I can stay apprised of project status through Inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
That at our subscription level we don't have access to workload, portfolio, and goals. We're a small nonprofit, so the bigger pricetag doesn't work for us even though the functionality would really help our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems we're solving: Missed communication due to using too many comms channels, dropping the ball, not following up with partners, poor workload management due to lack of understanding of how much each of us is actually working on.
Benefits we've realized: Clear communication, accomplishing projects in a timely fashion, knowing where bottlenecks and hurtles are.
