Clarity & Accountability: Everyone knows who’s doing what by when. Customizable Workflow: Easily tailor projects to match your team’s style. Real time updates
What do you dislike about the product?
Can feel overwhelming for new users or smaller teams. With so many features, views, and customization options, Asana can have a learning curve, especially if your team doesn’t have a consistent workflow yet. Without clear setup and guidance, projects can become cluttered or inconsistent across teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps solve the common problem of team misalignment and scattered communication by centralizing tasks, deadlines, and updates in one place. It keeps everyone on the same page, reduces back-and-forth emails, and ensures that no detail falls through the cracks making collaboration smoother and more accountable.

Impressive Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is user friendly and my team uses it daily. It was easy to set up and implement across the team. I especially like the integrations with Google docs, and there's a useful app too. Overall this has helped with collaboration and keeping the team on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of notifications, though it's easy enough to turn these off.

Simple software for team organisation
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a very simple platform that enables collaboration between my team
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very easy to use and simple but quite boring, nothing massively innovative that feels super intuitive. Sometimes for example, I'll click off the tag and I won't be able to put it back on but have to create a new board from the teamplate.

Overview of team responsibilitieis
A Solid Project Management Tool for Cross-Functional Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy to keep my web development projects organized and my team on the same page. I really like how flexible it is, you can switch between list view, board view, or timeline depending on how you want to visualize your project. It’s great for managing tasks across design, development, and content teams without things slipping through the cracks. The integrations with tools like Google Drive and Slack save a lot of time, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's great for task and team management, I sometimes find it lacking when I need to manage the bigger picture, like tracking time or budgets. I usually have to rely on separate tools for that. Also, the notifications can get a bit overwhelming unless you tweak your settings—otherwise, it’s easy to miss what’s actually important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps solve the challenge of keeping multiple teams aligned and projects moving forward without constant check-ins. In web development, where designers, developers, and content teams all work on different timelines, it gives me a central place to assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress. It cuts down on back-and-forth emails and makes handoffs between teams much smoother. That means fewer missed steps, less rework, and a lot more clarity around who's doing what and when.
