What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps my team of marketing operations and campaign managers to clearly align key milestone tasks with a cross-functional team. It keeps us on time for our deadlines and helps us deliver. Asana also allows cross-functional teams feel assured that their requirements are being met.

Nothing. Easy to learn and use! My team lives in Asana!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps our team align with cross-functional team members. They understand their role in our projects, and allow see the value in marketing.
I've tried every project management tool, Asana is for sure the easiest to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use means teammates actually use the product, and any project management tool is only good if people are willing to use it. We run multiple sprints on Asana, including a marketing calendar that we could not live without. Super easy to set up as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides, it's all working exactly as we need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest one is our marketing calendar, we have an international team so setting up promotional calendars months in advance is crucial. Setting a task and then having our designers, copy writters, etc. go in and handle their responsibilities is perfect for what we need.
Learning on the go and it's simple.
What do you like best about the product?
Managing my tasks and having separate pages for each. Sharing tasks as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Desktop version has more than mobile app version.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Huge help with organizing my own tasks and seeing how my team is doing.
Engaging interactive tool that is crucial for day-to-day workplace organizational flow
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is particularly effective for managing projects assigned by my supervisor. One of the features I find most beneficial is the ability to input multiple tasks at once, which streamlines the setup process for new projects. Additionally, the platform allows for detailed information to be attached to each task, making it easier to stay organized and ensure that all relevant context is available in one place. I also find the comment feature extremely useful, as it enables real-time communication and collaboration with team members, helping to clarify instructions, provide updates, and keep everyone aligned throughout the duration of a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a few more options for subcategories or ways to connect subtasks for a more granular evaluation of the tasks, but otherwise, it is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of daily tasks is essential, though it can often be challenging given the volume and variety of responsibilities. Asana helps alleviate this struggle by serving as both a centralized task database and a built-in calendar. This dual functionality allows our team to not only keep track of what needs to be done, but also to prioritize tasks effectively based on deadlines and dependencies. The calendar view provides a visual timeline, making it easier to anticipate upcoming milestones and ensure that no critical information or due dates are overlooked. Overall, Asana supports better planning, time management, and accountability across the team.
Great experience.

It helps me communicate with team members in a single platform.

Great for Clarity and Collaboration,Lacks Customization and Scalability for Fabrication Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
As someone working in a fast-paced, production-heavy environment like Mapache Entertainment, you likely appreciate Asana for several reasons:
Task Clarity and Assignment – Everyone knows who’s doing what by when. That’s huge when juggling AV setups, fabrication timelines, and logistics.
Project Templates – You can clone setups for festivals, corporate events, or fabrications—saving time and reducing errors.
Timeline and Calendar Views – Visually tracking deadlines helps manage overlapping projects and resource loads.
Collaborative Notes & Attachments – Having everything tied to a task or project means fewer emails and lost files.
Mobile Functionality – Useful when you're on-site and need to check or update something quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Too Many Notifications – It can get noisy if you're tagged across multiple projects; sorting signal from noise takes effort.
Limited Customization for Fabrication Workflows – Asana isn’t always ideal for shop-specific tracking like materials, CNC cut lists, or paint cycles without heavy customization.
No Native Time Tracking – You may need to bolt on another app just to monitor hours spent per task or department.
Can Feel Clunky at Scale – When projects grow large (e.g., multi-stage festivals), Asana can feel crowded or slow without strict organization.
Subtasks Get Buried – They’re easy to lose sight of unless you manually surface them into timeline or board views.
