Best work management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me manage my day-to-day work and coordinate with colleagues, gives me a clear overview of the progress of my work, and has great customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we could pay less for the freelancers and project-based people who are part of our workspace as "members" and not as guests
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me execute business projects and keep track of all the stakeholders I have to manage (I can check who still needs to give me feedback, who has questions, etc.)
Best project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Creating projects and cards in asana is easy, and we can quickly move the cards and tasks on the board. Manage multiple projects at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only thing is we can see all the projects in the organization even though we are not members of that project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in managing multiple projects and Individual tasks and sub-tasks efficiently. Each person can update the status and time on task.

Asana keeps us on task and focused during our work weeks and meetings. This has greatly increased our productivity.

We are not a fan of the updated pricing tiers and limited abilities of the goals section.

Intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Super intuitive, customisable and easy to collaborate with my team. There are lots of bite size video tutorials.

Cross-collaboration between projects is not straightforward. It's a tool you have to use daily to get the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team project management, workflow management working with my team, delegating tasks, understanding workload and visibility of projects in the business.

Asana Offers Easy to Onboard Project Management for Remote Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easy to use and easy to log into for people working in different locations. All members of the team can update information in real time and respond to each other. It is helpful to toggle between boards and calendar views to be able to see projects in process for an entire block of time allowing for accountability and planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some of the fields, such as calendar view, it is not always easy to edit a project, so you do have to remember to toggle between the different view options for full functionality. When working during team meetings, you also want to make sure everyone on the team is looking at the same information and the same view on the screen to track effectively. It does take some time to set up and onboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows members of our team around the world to see projects that we are working on together in the form of both boards and a calendar view. This allows us to plan workflow and to also look for places where we can work together more effectively for project planning and management. The graphic interface of Asana is easy to use and allows everyone to see things in real time.
Asana is great software!!
What do you like best about the product?
You may access each process's overview in Asana. Everyone can easily see what they are working on and what the next stages are thanks to this software. This is made feasible by the tools it provides, which ease collaboration and save time and effort. Additionally, internal and external cooperation occurs as a result of the tool's facilitation of team member communication through chats, public tasks, and timelines. This is especially helpful for IT project management, where it's important for all departments to work in unison and for tickets to be resolved quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like it when you add someone to a subtask and they also see the subtask as a task with a deadline since it leads to arguments because you think you have several assignments when there are actually just one.

Before going to bed, managing the management process of a massage business that was out of control with the help of its staff.

Keep myself organized with projects that are related to contractors and also my own list of things I need to complete.

Nothing. Asana is so good because you can assign people to tasks and you can have different projects to each task.

Asana is helping me get all my tasks down in a timely manner. It helps me stay organzied.
Keeps Projects Organized!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana keeps all our projects organized. Our teams are able to collaborate on different projects and tasks, while keeping everything in line and organized. It is so helpful that we can check off tasks as we go, refer to calendars and deadlines, and also add more details within the description. Highly recommend Asana!
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, Asana's layout or interface can be daunting and overwhelming. There seems to be a lot to look at, a lot going on. But once you get the hang of using it, it becomes intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our teams used to manually keep track of projects and tasks within spreadsheets like Google sheets. With Asana, we save time and effort, and we have a better workflow. This lets us tackle and complete more proiects.
