Multifunctional, simple and flexible tool for task management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is an easy-to-use software and very easy to customize. I love that it allows me to share the evolution of the project/product throughout the company, and how easy it is to assign to-do list items to my team members. I love that it provides tools such as dashboards to see the team's performance and based on that, make decisions to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs improvements in the mobile application. Price can be an issue for smaller startups. It would be great if they introduced more free features. It is a tool that has a lot of potential and its great team has been in charge of constantly improving it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a multifunctional tool that makes it very easy to plan and list daily tasks, in addition to providing multiple ways to organize tasks, by date or priority, which allows you to have greater control of tasks, keeping everyone focused in what corresponds to them. It ensures that all project management tasks are aligned.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many different ways to communicate across projects and share files with collegues and others working on the project. I also like the reminders for taks in email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe there are too many sybols that I have yet to learn what they mean but will work on figuring it out so I can fullly enjoy the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many different people working on similar or same projects across different groups in the org. asana helps us to stay on task and organized with who has completed what and what is due by when.
Best Project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
- Asana is the simpliest project management tool there is
- It is very use to use even if you have multiple clients.
- It also has an option to use mutlipel accounts, and swithcing between accounts is very straight forward.
- They also have an mobile app that is easy to use. And if you have mutiple accounts, swithing between the accounts is easy without having to log out and log in to another account.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Importing task via csv is not always straight forward.
- If you have tasks that are depentend on other tasks, they do not pull into asan via a csv.
- You cannot have a url link to a section of a project, you have to create links to taks or

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you have multiple projects and haveing a large team wokring on these projects is never easy and straight forward. Asana has made that a breeze with its easy to use interface and functionality.
I would be lost without Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE Asana. It is easy to use and great for a visual person like me. I like that I can see all the tasks for one project or all projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could select which projects to view in main calendar. It is either one or all currently. I would like to be able to do a time span/end date on projects/tasks. You may be able to with paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me keep track of everything. I am a marketing manager which means I wear a lot of hats--social media, web, PR, graphics, events... I like that I can plan out my week/month/year and color code it so I can see all my tasks at a glance. I also like that I can collaborate with my intern, assign projects, and keep track of her progress.

color coding and schematic setup and easy implementation learning curve

none yet. still early in the implementation phase to fully understand all the features and small kinks it might have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prioritizing client accounts and basic crm functionalities without the salesforce hype and abilities(price)
Asana is just the best, no 2nd thoughts.

Everything, out of all other PM softwares I used, Asana is the smoothest, fastest, easier to setup and customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. IMO Asana is a arket leader when it comes to features and its ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mirroring taks from one board to antoher is very important to me, I can look at the project progress and at the same time see how tasks are laid out for a specific department.
Best way to hold teammates (and yourself) accountable!
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite part about this tool is the ability to segment projects into easy to manage tasks. I also love that you can assign tasks to teammates to hold everyone accountable. Integrates with so many other tools to make life easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside I had using this tool was attempting to get everyone on the team to implement it into their workspace - but this is a fairly common problem with any software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a recruiter, there were MANY open roles that needed to be filled and a lot of moving pieces (many candidates for each job in various stages of the hiring process, many back-end docs needing to be filled out for each role etc.). Our firm had multiple recruiters work on the same role at a time so using this product helped us keep track of who was responsible for which task, which candidates etc.

we use Asana to manage our project and tickets. it´s very easy to create a new task, set the owner and collaborators and define its deadline. when needed we can also create subtasks

What do you like best about the product?
Organize your projects and tasks easily and effectively. It allows you to create projects, tasks and subtasks. These can be easily managed and viewed for the task manager and collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not been able to discover any unfavorable aspect of the tool. Surely with more continuous use you can find some opportunity for improvement, and if so, I think it will be something very simple because it fulfills its function very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a tool that allows me to create and organize existing projects individually or in collaboration with my team. It allows me to keep track of my tasks, the tasks to which I have been invited and that of the collaborators, thus meeting the deadlines and proposed goals.
Asana is a Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can keep your projects together in a portfolio folder. I also like the workflow feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use to use the feature that allowed you to create a section with a drawn line. That option has been discontinued.
